Definitely pulling for Chongyue. You have no idea how excited I was that we finally have our first male limited operator. Plus, his kit is pretty cracked, his voice lines are great, and he's hot. I hope I get him before the 300 pull spark because I also want to spark for Nian too, and I will finally have all the Sui siblings.

I'm not 100% certain, but I think Yato is the strongest out of all the operators CN has that we don't have yet. And she's truely limited, so if you don't get her, it's unlikely she will be rerun. And 120 rolls is much easier to save than 300. So if you want her, she's the best one to go for hands down.
I think youre right, executor alter is pretty strong too but its still easier to use yato alter. other than these two operator the rest is generally built for cc or utility.
Soon we can have a squad of Ines, Cantabile, Texas1, Bagpipe, Skadi1, NTR, Texas2, Yato2, Phantom, Red, Surtr, and Silverdaddy. And just be everywhere all at once.
as a Monster Hunter player, I am most likely to skip Chongyue Banner for Kirin Yato sadly Plus, I can't really keep going forever with the mindset of "pull for limited banners or else im gonna miss out" because its gonna burn me out
Got really lucky with Reed and got her in 30 pulls. So I decided I try throwing some pulls on the special banner and got Pallas in 21 pulls. Literally did 2 multi and the 1 spare ticket I had left got me the 6star. This left me with a solid amount left for Chongyue and Yato.
I really want Nian and Dusk, but I will probably wait until next year to spark for them. I just don't care enough for Chongyue to go 300 pulls on that banner. Would rather hope for a more interresting character next year. I want Lin, but I can get her anytime. Ines is high priority for me, I really like her skills. Gonna get Kal'tsit from gold shop.

PSA with the Yato banner you get 2 free 10 fold tickets for it one at the very begining like all limited banners plus in the second week with login rewards you get another one so you only need to prepare 100 summons or 97 if you count the 3 single tickets you get from the event shop also if you get yato before 120 pulls know that you won't get yato at 120 as she only shows up if you did not pull her already before 120 asd a guarenteed pull.
Full on going for Chongyue and hoping to spark Nian. If I succed I should have some leftover gold certs for the MH collab. But hopefully Noir Corne alter will come home with the free pulls.
I desperately want Dusk, but between sparking Skalter, Reed taking up a good few pulls, and the Yato banner on the way, she might need to wait until next year's lunar new year event.
As a person who has dusk, unless u want her for collection she is pretty bad, terrible uptime, huge price sp for skills and high DP cost make it almost unusable so i literally use Indigo or other branch caster, i really dont recomend her.

I got SUPER lucky with ReedAlt pulls, and got her in 7. I think I'm only going to pull on the Chongyue banner until I get the man himself, then run. As a player that joined in April, I dont have NEARLY enough pulls to get everybody, and probably wont be enough to even get a guaranteed YatoAlt, even if I skip every banner until then. I'll just have to cross my fingers and pray to RNGesus to grant me mercy.
Not to mention that kal tsit is also gonna be in the shop later this month. So for whoever doesn't have her and has enough certs, she's another harmacist worth getting
Already have over 300 pulls saved so, prioritizing Chong Yue shouldn't stop me from getting both Monster Hunter characters. Mumu's only mid in practice and she's stuck with a character has an awful enough personality to deincintivize her banner.

I do not recommend standard banners for six stars. For example I spent 14 multis for a Hellgur on standard and got off-rates. Lol. Better pull on a solo banner or limited banner in that case and buy Kalt-sit from the shop if you want her.
I had to get Reed Alter, she's one of the Ops which really deserved a Alter IMO and they did a great job. Yato is gonna be the main priority now, but I'll do some pulls on the chinese new year banner as well. It's gonna be painful skipping Quibai and Irene banners, tough.
Skipping Chong & Lin banner and Qiu Bai banner to save for Yato and for some other more unique & fun operators like Ines, Muelsyse, and the newest boss killer Typhon. Ines is strong and a great debuffer who can reveal any invisible units in her range while also providing much needed DP. Yato is physical Texas Alter and compliments her well as you can take turns deploying them one after the other. Muelsyse has infinite potential due to how her water clone works taking in a lot of an operators details like stats and tile range for 0 dp cost while also providing dp herself. And lastly Typhon. Whom with max module can just absolutely kill any boss with a single skill activation, even if they have two phases. A really good ranged boss killer.
I would take a guess that this may be the lowest priority limited banner , maybe ever. Soo many people are going to skip and just get yato. Most people don't have enough for both because we just had texas. I am glad that these two units are not high priority for me.
My current goals are Reed, Nian, Yato, and hopefully Ines. I have a lot of pulls save, but this only really works if I get Reed in my first 30 or so lol. So I may just skip going for Nian this year, which would give me more pulls for Ines and maybe even a few for Quibai since I think she looks neat too.
@lamyanbasagolsem626 She's definitely not currently one of the best units in the game, but she's certainly not a bad unit and I really like her kit. Ad a newer player, I'd definitely says she's not a unit to prioritize investing in.
My initial plan was to skip Reed's banner, then try to pull for Chongyue and Yato Alter, but i caved in and pulled for Reed Alter... Will probably have to skip Chongyue after all (or just attempt until first 6★) and focus on saving for the collab banner 😭
I think pulling on what you want but making sure to get 100 pulls (since I'm pretty sure you get 20 for free during the collab banner, I might be wrong please correct me if that's the case) is the safest bet ! Considering we have anniv as well it's gonna make it easier to save for that. But anyway..Good luck to everyone pulling in the few next months !
Yeah, guess I'm gonna be missing the spark for Dusk once again after all. Neither Chong nor Lin makes me want to pull on that banner enough to go 300. With that, Yato X will be guaranteed and then it's saving time for Muelsyse and perharps a spark for Specter Alter.
I think that I will use all my resources till 50pulls left, cause in 2months I think that I will gather another 50 for Yato. Already got Reed and have around 100 for Chongyue
Initially I planned to roll until I get Chongyue then save the rest to get as much pot for Kirin Yato as possible. I'm a mild spender and can purchase a bit to reach 300 by Chonyue Banner. But after the disaster of 600 rolls with only 2 Texas Alter (pot 9 Penance), I think I will skip Chongyue. I will grab him next year using spark.

Is Reed alter limited like the other alters so like this is the only easy way to pull her besides sparking? Or is she a normal six star that you can pull if you get lucky? considering skipping this banner.
I’m honestly not that interested in Chong Yue. I did about 30 pulls for reed cuz she seemed interesting and I got her. now I want to save for Yato and Ines. After that, idk. I heard that a destiny banner is coming and I want to save up a lot for that, as odds are that I’ll want to get high or max POT for a destiny character. My luck w/ limiteds is for some reason is exponentially worse than w/ Non-limiteds so I suspect that I’d have to do like 100+ pulls for Chong yue. (I got Mylar in like 12 pulls, stainless in 10, Reed in 30, and And fiametta and horn in some amount below 50. Ling, Talter, and Gavialter took like 100+ pulls.) so I have a strong feeling that unless I commit at least 150 pulls, Chong Yue isn’t seeing the light of day. I’ll probably get Lin in the free pulls since I’m not that interested her, and that’s how luck seems to work 😂

you forget to mention Qiu Bai banner, which is probably before yato alter. But still Yato alter is kinda the META, should be prioritized over any banner in the next 3 months. Also to spark Yato alter, you just need prepare 100 pulls (60k orandum or ~330 ops), the event will give 20 pulls for free.
Is it worth pulling to get Nian from Chongyue’s banner? Not necessarily about how good she is, I just love the character. This is more about asking if I’d have a low chance or not
Unless you're going in with 300 that's not something that's likely to happen. People get offrates yeah but do you really want to bank on that cope throughout the banner?
It's not worth it, the rate is too low, especially if you're not aiming for spark, sure sometimes one can get lucky but it's still gonna be a huge gamble

2% chance for 6 star, goes up by 2% every pull after the 50th, up to a maximum of 100%, the standard handholding (the ones with shop operator) the chance/number of pulls since last 6 star carries over, limited headhunting ( limited events) do not share the counter, you always start at 0. Im not sure about banners such as reed alter but I believe they count as limited headhunting
Gacha games usually have a "Pity System", an insurance of sorts. There are Hard Pities, which guarantee a targeted character after X pulls, and Soft Pities, where your % goes up with pulls but with no guarantee. Arknights only has Soft Pity (with 2 exceptions). AK's Soft Pity works as follows: Baseline 2% for a 6* on every pull, up until the 50th pull, at which point it increases by 2% per pull until a 6* drops, then it resets to 2% baseline; This % increase system applies to ALL banner types. There are a number of different branches of Banner types in AK, which you can check in-game right now actually. They are: (1) Standard Banners/Joint Operation Banners (2) Limited Banners (3) Collaboration Banners (4) Special Banners ONLY Standard/JO share pity roll overs, i.e. 45 pulls in Standard will start you at 46th pull on a Joint Operations Banner, for example. Otherwise, ALL OTHER BANNERS DO NOT SHARE PITY, EVEN AMONG THOSE OF THE SAME TYPE, i.e. 45 pulls in Texas Alter's banner will not start you off at the 46th in ChongYue's banner, even though they are both Limited types. Collabs and Specials also all start off at 0 pulls. As mentioned before, there are no Hard Pities in most cases, except for Limited and Collab Banners. Limited Banners have a Shop, where 6*s cost 300 Tokens, and 5*s cost 75 Tokens. You get 1 Token per pull on the banner. After 300 pulls on a particular Limited Banner, you can "spark" a desired 6* in the Shop. All unused Tokens will get turned into Marks at the conclusion of a Limited Banner, i.e. no saving up "sparks" between Limiteds. Collab Banners have, so far, come with guarantees at 120 pulls, i.e the 120th pull is guaranteed to be the targeted 6*, if it hasn't dropped yet, but only for the first time, i.e doing 240 or 360 pulls will not get you a 2nd or 3rd Yato. Pity count for limited banner is different from standard. In standard it will carry over to the next banner but limited, you start from zero, no carry over

You want Delete Buttons and Lane Holders then. Slap a Healer on them and you're good to go mostly. Delete Buttons: SilverAsh, Eyja, Surtr, Chen Alter, Texas Alter, Ifrit (under certain circumstances) Lane Holders: Thorns, Mountain, Mudrock Look up any meta operator ranking video and you'll surely find more info than you can swallow.
Then get yato alter. She obliterates enemies in an instant. Pozy is also extremely strong, but since she's not a limited you can get her anytime in the future.

the reason behind this was the monhun collab. some people really wanted the pot for yato alter bcz how stronk she is and how true limited she is. about chongyue tho he's pretty solid character to pull. especially if u have stainless. this duo was like mudrock+blemi with lower cost
He's an attempt at a side-grade to Mountain that ends up as an upgrade due to how oppressive his skill 3 damage is once it gets going. You have to manual it the first few times, but it has a very short cooldown. I do understand wanting to prioritize the Monster Hunter collab but, it only requires saving 100 pulls.
I think I'll save all my resources for MH collab because that's my priority when I finish Texas event, and I already have 150 pull. I think I'll spent my yellow certificate on Kal'tsit and Saga. 😁 I hope whoever pulling on those banner a good luck and blessed by RNG. Peace out ✌️.

I think you can if you use some OP. The event gives you like 20 pulls, so you need 100 pulls to guarantee yato. You get 20 pulls from annihilation, daily/weekly quests every month. Then you can buy 5 pulls every month from green cert shop (stage 1&2), and you get roughly around 5 pulls from event shop. So you get 30 pulls per month basically. If you haven't done annihilation simulations they give you 1500 orrundum on first clear, do 4 = 6k orrundum = 10 pulls. So in total you're getting 90 pulls if you add everything. Meaning you need 30 pulls, so you can either spend some OP if necessary or use distinctions (gold certs)

I would take a guess that this may be the lowest priority limited banner , maybe ever. Soo many people are going to skip and just get yato. Most people don't have enough for both because we just had texas. I am glad that these two units are not high priority for me.
My current goals are Reed, Nian, Yato, and hopefully Ines. I have a lot of pulls save, but this only really works if I get Reed in my first 30 or so lol. So I may just skip going for Nian this year, which would give me more pulls for Ines and maybe even a few for Quibai since I think she looks neat too.

@lamyanbasagolsem626 She's definitely not currently one of the best units in the game, but she's certainly not a bad unit and I really like her kit. Ad a newer player, I'd definitely says she's not a unit to prioritize investing in.

My initial plan was to skip Reed's banner, then try to pull for Chongyue and Yato Alter, but i caved in and pulled for Reed Alter...
Will probably have to skip Chongyue after all (or just attempt until first 6★) and focus on saving for the collab banner 😭
I think pulling on what you want but making sure to get 100 pulls (since I'm pretty sure you get 20 for free during the collab banner, I might be wrong please correct me if that's the case) is the safest bet ! Considering we have anniv as well it's gonna make it easier to save for that.

Yeah, guess I'm gonna be missing the spark for Dusk once again after all. Neither Chong nor Lin makes me want to pull on that banner enough to go 300. With that, Yato X will be guaranteed and then it's saving time for Muelsyse and perharps a spark for Specter Alter.

Initially I planned to roll until I get Chongyue then save the rest to get as much pot for Kirin Yato as possible. I'm a mild spender and can purchase a bit to reach 300 by Chonyue Banner.
But after the disaster of 600 rolls with only 2 Texas Alter (pot 9 Penance), I think I will skip Chongyue. I will grab him next year using spark.

that's excactly my game plan as well. I just couldn't justify to pull 300 for Chongyue, who I don't care much about. Hopefully the sibling next year will be more interresting
As a person who has dusk, unless u want her for collection she is pretty bad, terrible uptime, huge price sp for skills u can barely use once per battle, and high DP cost make it almost unusable so i literally use Indigo or other branch caster, i really dont recomend her.

I’m honestly not that interested in Chong Yue. I did about 30 pulls for reed cuz she seemed interesting and I got her. now I want to save for Yato and Ines. After that, idk. I heard that a destiny banner is coming and I want to save up a lot for that, as odds are that I’ll want to get high or max POT for a destiny character. My luck w/ limiteds is for some reason is exponentially worse than w/ Non-limiteds so I suspect that I’d have to do like 100+ pulls for Chong yue. (I got Mylar in like 12 pulls, stainless in 10, Reed in 30, and And fiametta and horn in some amount below 50. Ling, Talter, and Gavialter took like 100+ pulls.) so I have a strong feeling that unless I commit at least 150 pulls, Chong Yue isn’t seeing the light of day. I’ll probably get Lin in the free pulls since I’m not that interested her, and that’s how luck seems to work 😂

you forget to mention Qiu Bai banner, which is probably before yato alter. But still Yato alter is kinda the META, should be prioritized over any banner in the next 3 months. Also to spark Yato alter, you just need prepare 100 pulls (60k orandum or ~330 ops), the event will give 20 pulls for free.
qiu bai is a pretty easy skip imo. No way i'm pulling right before yato.

The average pulls needed to get an off-rate limited is waaaay higher than 300 for spark. So unless you are going for spark, it is a waste.

It's not worth it, the rate is too low, especially if you're not aiming for spark, sure sometimes one can get lucky but it's still gonna be a huge gamble

2% chance for 6 star, goes up by 2% every pull after the 50th, up to a maximum of 100%, the standard handholding (the ones with shop operator) the chance/number of pulls since last 6 star carries over, limited headhunting ( limited events) do not share the counter, you always start at 0. Im not sure about banners such as reed alter but I believe they count as limited headhunting
Gacha games usually have a "Pity System", an insurance of sorts. There are Hard Pities, which guarantee a targeted character after X pulls, and Soft Pities, where your % goes up with pulls but with no guarantee. Arknights only has Soft Pity (with 2 exceptions).
AK's Soft Pity works as follows:
Baseline 2% for a 6* on every pull, up until the 50th pull, at which point it increases by 2% per pull until a 6* drops, then it resets to 2% baseline; This % increase system applies to ALL banner types.
There are a number of different branches of Banner types in AK, which you can check in-game right now actually. They are:
(1) Standard Banners/Joint Operation Banners
(2) Limited Banners
(3) Collaboration Banners
(4) Special Banners
ONLY Standard/JO share pity roll overs, i.e. 45 pulls in Standard will start you at 46th pull on a Joint Operations Banner, for example. Otherwise, ALL OTHER BANNERS DO NOT SHARE PITY, EVEN AMONG THOSE OF THE SAME TYPE, i.e. 45 pulls in Texas Alter's banner will not start you off at the 46th in ChongYue's banner, even though they are both Limited types. Collabs and Specials also all start off at 0 pulls.
As mentioned before, there are no Hard Pities in most cases, except for Limited and Collab Banners.
Limited Banners have a Shop, where 6*s cost 300 Tokens, and 5*s cost 75 Tokens. You get 1 Token per pull on the banner. After 300 pulls on a particular Limited Banner, you can "spark" a desired 6* in the Shop. All unused Tokens will get turned into Marks at the conclusion of a Limited Banner, i.e. no saving up "sparks" between Limiteds.
Collab Banners have, so far, come with guarantees at 120 pulls, i.e the 120th pull is guaranteed to be the targeted 6*, if it hasn't dropped yet, but only for the first time, i.e doing 240 or 360 pulls will not get you a 2nd or 3rd Yato.

You want Delete Buttons and Lane Holders then. Slap a Healer on them and you're good to go mostly.
Delete Buttons:
SilverAsh, Eyja, Surtr, Chen Alter, Texas Alter, Ifrit (under certain circumstances)
Lane Holders:
Thorns, Mountain, Mudrock
Look up any meta operator ranking video and you'll surely find more info than you can swallow.
Then get yato alter. She obliterates enemies in an instant. Pozy is also extremely strong, but since she's not a limited you can get her anytime in the future.

about chongyue tho he's pretty solid character to pull. especially if u have stainless. this duo was like mudrock+blemi with lower cost
Unfortunately yato alter collab is close after chongyues, so the pulling priority goes towards yato alter instead.
He's an attempt at a side-grade to Mountain that ends up as an upgrade due to how oppressive his skill 3 damage is once it gets going. You have to manual it the first few times, but it has a very short cooldown.
I do understand wanting to prioritize the Monster Hunter collab but, it only requires saving 100 pulls.
I think I'll save all my resources for MH collab because that's my priority when I finish Texas event, and I already have 150 pull. I think I'll spent my yellow certificate on Kal'tsit and Saga. 😁 I hope whoever pulling on those banner a good luck and blessed by RNG. Peace out ✌️.

I think you can if you use some OP. The event gives you like 20 pulls, so you need 100 pulls to guarantee yato. You get 20 pulls from annihilation, daily/weekly quests every month. Then you can buy 5 pulls every month from green cert shop (stage 1&2), and you get roughly around 5 pulls from event shop. So you get 30 pulls per month basically. If you haven't done annihilation simulations they give you 1500 orrundum on first clear, do 4 = 6k orrundum = 10 pulls.
So in total you're getting 90 pulls if you add everything. Meaning you need 30 pulls, so you can either spend some OP if necessary or use distinctions (gold certs)

I think so if prediction matches NFZen's vid and event ends on september 24. You are missing on 19-21 pulls since June 26 so you would need to use some originite primes.
