      I think the main message about the feeding window is that 8 to 12 is ok! No need to squeeze it shorter - and if you want it shorter than 12, no need to go lower than 8 on a regular basis!

    How would one eat if they work a 10p to 7a night shift? I'm sleeping while the sun is up. My eating window is from 6p to 6a

    I do all of this all my life, no wonder my circadium rythym is too strong maybe too strong haha
