  • The Culinary Arts Program of study introduces Snyder High School students to careers and educational opportunities in planning, directing, and coordinating activities in the food service industry. As part of the Hospitality and Tourism career pathway, students also learn communication, time management, and customer service skills.
    Students have an opportunity to earn industry-based certifications such as the ServSafe Food Handler, ServSafe Manage, and EE Professional Career Prep.
    Students also may earn work-based learning experience through the culinary arts school-based enterprise programs and hone and demonstrate their skills through 4-H culinary arts events and Skills USA. competitions.
