Jilebi is one of my favorites, my mother makes me take it to Colombo twice a month when I go home 😋. I was taught how to make it several times, but unfortunately my jalebi always goes flat and Jilebi doesn't rise to the top 😣😫. So the last thing I do is to make boondis & laddu from that batter.. What is the reason for my mistake? 😥

I watched the chef's video and started making jalebi early in the morning thinking of making a different dish if I make a mistake. I am happy to say that the jalebi made at 6 in the morning is no less crispiness after 9.30 even if it is not put in a jar and covered. Although the color and shape may not be as beautiful as the chef's, the crunchy quality and taste are similar to jalebis. Everyone can make delicious jalebis if you follow the tricks in the video. This is the best quick and easy jalebi recipe I have found.. ❤❤❤❤
පැණි එක රස්නෙන් තියාගන්න ලිප ඔන් එකේම තියාගන්න එපා. එහෙම වුනොත් පැණි උණු වෙලා වැඩිවෙලා උකු වෙනවා. එතකොට පැණි උරාගන්නෙ අඩුවෙන් වගේම, ජලෙබි ටික එකට ඇලෙන්නත් පුලුවන්. ඒක නිසා පැණි රත් වෙන්න සැරෙන් සැරේ ලිප ඔන් කර කර ඕෆ් කරන්න. 🧡
