If the syrup is too hot, your jalebis would become soggy. So make sure to put hot jalebis in the sugar syrup that is just warm. But if the sugar syrup is cold, jalebis will not absorb sugar syrup. Please try and share your experience. Thanks 😊❤

After soaking few jalebis thd syrup turned thick. How should i fix that? I will have to make few more times to get perfect jalebis. Thanks for the recipe.👍
2 possibilities. 1.If the sugar syrup consistency is not right, the syrup will get crystallized and make the jalebis hard and not juicy. (Sticky consistency is the perfect one. Do not overcook the syrup. Use lemon juice for not letting the syrup crystallized) 2.If you over cook the jalebis it might turn hard. Thanks.
