Mostly its around 45 mins on bike + 2,5 hours of playing + another 45 mins on the bike to go back.

I am a musician and that is my work. Playing shows, doing recording sessions....but therefore I have to be in good shape which means, practice everyday!

I tune my toms to the point where they still have resonance but sound low. I think its also the wood, Birch for the win!

Awesome drumning, My drummer is applying the "swivel foot"double bass playing and it made me more accurate on my rhythm playing..keep up the awesome work.
