Yeah I wish you showed more of the actual bumper in this bumper review video :b A lot of opportunities for some good bumper b-roll to go with your great commentary
The only thing I would change on your video is show the product shots. I don't think you showed any of the rear bumper except the quick shots of the locking mechanism. I watched your video on the rear door table. It would've been nice to see how you did the inside of the inner panel.
I enjoy your videos and the info you share with us, thank you. In this video I wish there was more footage of the bumper. Different views/angles of the bumper. Maybe even photos of the fabrication stages. Thank you again for the info and will wait for the next adventure.
Do you recommend steel over aluminum? Any insight into advantages of each material? Also, post picture of your hitch! Hope the hitch provides lots of clearance. Is it the hitch on the coastaloffroad website? Thanks, great video!
I totally forgot to mention! Aluminum is great if your main goal is weight saving! But welding aluminum is a bit trickier and steel will always be stronger! The hitch is in some of the photos on their website. It isn’t as high clearance as the rest of the bumper due to the rear crash bar but it still angles nicely!
Wish I had a better experience with their customer service, got sent the wrong kit for my 4runner and they didn't do anything to try and fix it, basically told me there's nothing they could do days after my fabricator had cut everything to fit, all they could do was say if I buy from them again they'll give me a discount
Damn I hate to hear this. I am in no way affiliated with Coastal, I am just a happy customer hyping them up. But this is important. I'm sorry you had that experience, I am currently shopping around for a front bumper and wondering if I will go with Coastal again, thanks for sharing!
@@OfficialSus I will probably be buying their rear bumper soon because it's a great product, I'm planning to use it to learn how to weld. They definitely are a great company and make some great products I just seemed to have a one off experience when I did my front bumper! Appreciate the reply man!
What did your welder charge you for labor? And how many hours did it take him? Having mine shipped to wa and trying to get an idea of fab cost or if i should just do it myself

Really good point! What I will do is create a highlight on Instagram with a walk through of the bumper!

How much did labor cost you?
I got the homie hookup! But I have seen prices from $500-1000 depending on the fab shop or location!
Did you forget to drop your fabricators IG???
Good catch! Here he is instagram.com/actionfabrication/
