My buds and my case were dead after a heavy rainstorm.
Dried everything over night, pried open the case and unplugged the battery, waited a bit and plugged it back in and my case lit up again. Even my buds worked again after I put everything together.
Glad it wasn't fully broken and I didn't have to replace anything. Good guide tho easy to follow.

My charge the earbuds but the Case doesn't seem to charge the battery internally itself when I plug the case in. At least there's no confirmation of a light. The light does come on when I open it and when I put headphones in it they have more of a charge in and there's a proportionate decrease in the charge of the case itself but nothing seems to make the case battery power go up.
Huh, I didn’t have to heat the case to pry off the bottom casing. There were just clips holding it down, so I used my guitar picks to help lift it off easily between the seams.

Nice video, thank you! I was wondering if the "copper wires" are insulated? Is it disaster if they touch each other during the repair process?
What is the purpose of the copper wires? Mine broke off and i dont have a soldering tool.
Is it possible to change the charging port on the case as well?

Hello, I am a new subscriber, it has to be that same brand of battery or I can use the Cameron Sino brand. Otherwise, another thing I also have the wf-1000xm5, they got completely wet along with the case, now they do not turn on and only the orange light blinks, Any recommendation??
