Anyway you can upload a video of just toms? Or a video actually hearing the toms by itself? I made snare this year as a freshman, but toms for our first year with toms (winter drumline). Just want an idea of what they sound like.
This randomly showed up in my recommended so I would like to say a few things I noticed: Three of those five snares were on on pulse. Don’t know where center or right of center went. I think the center left flub is the one that moved up to snare next year and eventually became center in 2018. Bass one I think dyed her hair that typical Asian blond and moved to bass three to become center and flex on everyone. Left tenor also marched pulse and now is tenor tech for chino hills Kyle Tsuchiya commented on this video and I have no idea why. How old was he anyway when this was released? Was he at Eden prairie? Gibby still looks like gibby. Chino hills is still mega clean.
They're flubs, my high school center grove is getting ones like them this year but people also do them by putting together the two biggest tenor drums.
Tyler Stewart They help the freshmen and noobies develop the wrist movement. You realistically can't throw a freshman that has never played rudimental marching percussion into a line like this. So they have that tom line to help them get their chops to speed.
how does a high school build a music program like this? When I was on drum line we were using broken drums a decade old. Half the people couldn't even read music. It was horrible. I'm going to guess it has something to do with the property taxes around Chino Hills. The average income of these families is probably well above the national average.
Exact same quadline as last year?
What a god
I wish i went to a high school that this was the standard....
that bass split was legit
My high school won states in percussion for Florida. California is a whole different level man. These guys make us look like complete chumps.
Dude, these guys make my college line look like chumps. And I'm in California, too.
Sounds great guys! Keep it up :)
You guys are a bunch of jerks. How dare you play sweet notes that clean. That's just uncalled for .
i like tama drum better

Dope! Basses needs tightening!

Nah, they just start em young. The junior highs have full-sized drumlines. That’s a big thing.
Very nice. Good stuff.
