We do indeed have Hills! 40% of all property in Citrus County is protected! Meaning tons of trails, parks, and forest.

Nice to know there are areas in Florida that are not expensive as a Block home for that price on a Golf Course, yes.
I owned a 2bdr. used ranch in Beverly Hills (23 N. DeSoto St.) (1990-2004) for which
I paid $30,000 in 1990 & sold, 14 years later for $55,000! It was a rental & future
retirement home, but I chose to sell, because of bad tenants! Beverly Hills is great, if you
are retired, but my mind 'boggles' that they are now asking $250k for modest homes there!

For me, these homes don’t have enough kitchen cabinets. I prefer real tiles in my bathrooms. Did I miss the linen closet? Renzo, I must say that you always give the best presentation on your showings.

Great presentation,Thank you for sharing. Nice starter home for a young family. Not the greatest finishes but someone could easily upgrade them. I don’t like that 2 piece tub/shower combo. Should have went with one piece or tile especially for a large corporation.

I live in BH and I hope and pray it remains the small town that it is ! The Walmart area is growing with a new Plaza and two carwashes?
What was the HOA on the second house? Maybe you can give a tour of Beverly Hills and are there any amenities? Do you get anything else besides closing costs for incentives?

This builder should know better
This a perfect example of cutting corners.

Does DR Horton have good quality homes? I read that their homes are cheaply built. I'm asking because I'm thinking of purchasing one of their homes, and I want to make sure I make the right decision
Good morning! I definitely feel Dr Horton does have a very high level of quality control. One thing I like about the construction is that they use concrete block on all homes and for 2 story homes both floors are done with concrete. Based on clients feedback I haven’t had any negative feedback about the home construction.

Get what you pay for in most cases. I would say even in the 3-400k price value your better off with many different builders but it could be where you build. Our neighborhood has had alot of buyer remorse.

It's the VA Lecanto Clinic. Lecanto is the name of the town where the clinic is located.
Where exactly is Hollywood Florida? I wanted to be as central as possible and looking for these kind of prices but also need to be close to schools and clinics and Shopping
Hollywood, Florida is near Miami, which is South Florida.

This model is being built right next door and they built a community about 1/2 a mile away. If I was looking for a home, I would run from DR. Low quality materials and shoddy construction is what you are paying for. The model next door failed inspection so many times the walls was full of graffiti. The opening for garage is too narrow so the door does not go all the way to the floor and many other issues inside. I actually feel sorry for the homeowners who seem like nice folks but for what they ae paying they got robbed.

Too few kitchen cabinets. And what is this moronic idea of putting a walk in closet past the bathroom. Aside fro humidity, I want NOBODY walking in on me in the shower when they want to change their tie.
Stay away from DR Horton homes they are crap builds. Go look at all the lawsuits and problems people are having
