The Miracle, the band’s penultimate to be released in Freddie Mercury’s lifetime, which now becomes available in a lavish 8-disc Queen The Miracle Collector’s Edition box set format.
Among its contents, the expanded set includes The Miracle Sessions: an hour-plus disc of further previously unreleased recordings, including six unpublished songs. Just as tantalising for fans, the audio includes the band’s candid spoken exchanges on the studio floor in London and Montreux, giving the most revealing window yet into the four members’ creative process and the joy, in-jokes and banter on their return to working together.

I was born in 85 and this is the 1st album I remember my dad playing and stuck with me, will always be my favourite, Excited it's getting the Boxset treatment :) 🤘
I was also born in 85, but in Ukraine (USSR at that time). I also clearly remember first album I've heard my father playing. Unfortunately that was some soviet pop sht, but anyway time had put everything in its place and I'm also came up to listening Queen.
Completely agree. Great album. Innuendo is also a masterpiece. They were a lot ahead of their time.
Thank you for keeping Queen and Freddie alive for so many of us that grew up on your music. I first was introduced to Queen in 1976. I was 4 at that time. I fell in love with Queen in the early 80’s. And was totally devastated when Freddie died. I looked up so much to him. But between you and Roger bringing Queen back to a stage, has brought back all the memories of listening to your music.

Sounds like you are about to waste your money. The Miracle is a very subpar Queen album. They would've better off reissuing a box set of great albums such as Jazz or News Of The World

The Miracle is one of my favorites, they went back to their rock roots. Freddie's vocals were amazing. I miss him!
In fact, they've never forgotten their rock roots and even on albums like Hot Space and The Works you can find a couple of great hard rock songs. But The Miracle is still kind of a return to their roots. To heavy progressive music, like in the 70’s

what great musicians, unfortunately I was too young to see Queen live. but I saw Brian May opening act at Frankfurt Waldstadion in 1993. one of my greatest experiences. When I think about it, it's been almost 30 years
I’d love them to extend that kind of treatment to other albums as well, e.g. Innuendo, A Kind of Magic, The Works etc.

He sido testigo directo de algunas de sus actuaciones, la última en julio de este año, con Freddie en julio 1986..Grandes momentos vividos con las 4 Reinas, buena música, buen espectáculo, grandes compositores los 4...un gran legado a las futuras generaciones, y doy gracias haber vivido y crecido con la música eterna de Queen.. En mi caso, según el auténtico Brian May o alguien haciéndose pasar por él, me regalaba una guitarra eléctrica firmada por él a cambio de que pagase entre 180€ y 280€ como gastos de envío. De ahí mi sospecha y duda de que pudiera tratarse de una estafa. ¿No te habrá tocado otra guitarra? . Gracias por tu pronta respuesta.

@@sbutler860 I'm under the impression it was because of the publishing rights. TMLWKY was written by Brian, Elizabeth Lamer and Frank Musker. Maybe they weren't able to come to a 'deal' for it to be included on the LP.

I recently purchased the 2 cds set of The Miracle. It's a brilliant package. I played it last week. Love it. It cost me 25.00 at hmv. I'm a huge Queen fan so the cost didn't matter.

I was 13 when I bought it. My first and favourite Queen album.
I saw Queen & Adam Lambert back in 2017 in Houston, I was very close to the stage and for like 30 seconds Brian was playing his guitar just smiling at me!!! AMAZING!

I saw queen 4 times. The first time was when they were the opening act for "Mott The Hoople" at NY City's Uris theater. Hence the line from Queens's "Now I'm Here" ....... 'Down in the city just Hoople and me" which is a reference to that concert
This popped up in my feed right after I watched Queen Machine sing Radio Ga Ga. I don't know if Brian has seen them, but the Spirit of Freddie and Queen live on with them.

I'm 53 years old and I didn't know anything about Freddy growing up as my mother didn't allow me to listen to rock and roll growing up but when I saw the movie Bohemian Rhapsody something inside of me felt love for Freddie he was a wonderful man and I love him. I love the fact that he has the same enthusiasm and joy of a 10 year old kid anticipating and then getting almost giddy as he delves further and further into the package! Obviously fully recovered from all day early morning to late evening Stereoscopy is Good For You Bri-Day event! What a great event it was! I sure hope that the book just flies off the shelves, and the gallery receives record crowds. Everyone did such a wonderful job of preparing the Proud Gallery for the show, and again Bri shows the personal efforts that he takes for something that he considers worthwhile! Hopefully the "Miracle" climbs the charts and is yet another #1!

I am now 84 years old and have loved Queen since first hearing Bo Rhap in 1975. I believe that is when Queen first hit America. Thank God for UA-cam, I get my daily dose of Queen all day long. I really love the concerts.
