- What's up Bros? We're back with The Valley and what has been a great season of TV. In this episode we're still in Big Bear. Jax tells Michelle about the rumors he heard and she goes straight to Jesse to have a discussion... Throughout the episode we get Jax berating Brittany about drinking and feeling sick, despite not being drunk... It was honestly a little rough to watch the duration of the episode as we watched him yell at her over and over again and not one castmate got involved. The boys break down outside and have a good cry but Jesse also begins to go in on Danny and Nia's marriage which doesn't make ANY sense given the circumstances. Zack gets petty with some of the better shade we've seen from anyone. The boys have another heart to heart on the boat during a fishing trip about marriages and it's a tough scene to watch considering the state of two of the four marriages on the boat, but Jesse feel the need once again to start talking smack against Nia and Danny's marriage... Jax puts his foot in his mouth, shocker. But this show does not disappoint...

To play Devils advocate ( and yes when i say the devil i do mean Jax) Brittany shouldn't be drinking and I actually think she's got an unhealthy relationship with alchohol. Hear me out, since VPR Brittany has had stomach issues. She went to the doc,her stomach is riddled with ulcers and doc said she should stop drinking as alchohol worsens her stomach issues. Now i have a weak liver and I quit drinking,dairy, oils because Id get violently ill much like Brittany. Best know even my Labrador husband would be getting mad at me if I was always sick because I wasn't taking care of myself. It gets frustrating being caring towards someone who is making themselves sick

Also, loved the scene with the men crying and supporting one another. It’s really important to show these scenes and support men in their emotions. So important. 💛
I fully believe doute would've stood up to Jax for treating brittany like that. That's exactly why she's needed!
Jax is the least emotional intelligent man on The Valley- please don’t add Blah Blah, Mena and Broke. They will ruin it.

The show is already bad and Cachi, Jesse, and Janet have already RUINED the Valley. We need a rescue mission for Kristen, Luke, Zack, and Jasmine.
Jax is a text book narcissist and he was absolutely starting the smear campaign on britney before they they split up which is very typical. He was trying to paint a narrative to her friends and family (and the world) about her before the split. Sucks for him that we all know who he is and how he operates 😂 they all do the same thing! Sandoval tried doing that through season 10 before the affair got exposed.
What about Brittany drinking while she has gastritis? That’s something to consider. I’m not sticking up for Jaxas$.

Britt was diagnosed back in her early VPR days with ulcers and the dr had told her that it would in her best interest to not drink anymore. Since then, Jax has been keeping that in his back pocket as a weapon to use against her like he's doing now. It's his modus operandi

The Janet scene was not a total wash for me. I have been pregnant twice. Yes, you get emotional and sometimes just need to be doted on since your hormones are jacked up and you feel crappy. BUT, I love my husband. So, if he came up and said, “Sorry about that. My male friends were CRYING and sharing feelings…” I would immediately feel differently. I would ask him if his friends are ok…if he is ok…tell him I feel so good that he has friends that are close enough to really let it out in front of each other. We would have a giggle at all the tension that happened and hug. I would then tell him if when we have a baby, he should feel ok telling his friends feelings if he needs that and that he can always tell me if he is overwhelmed or stressed and not feel guilty about it. As a spouse, especially a pregnant one, you can feel vulnerable. But as a partner you immediately step up and be strong when your guy is vulnerable. Give and take…
My bf and I had nothing to watch the other night and came across the Jax and Brittany take Kentucky thing they did... So we watched it. We only got a couple episodes in cause it was so awful... But he was saying she lost her spark and was depressed and was talking behind her back, but what we realized is he was doing then, what he's still doing... Throwing her under the bus for sympathy and for a story line. Can't teach an old dog new tricks, I guess.
Thank you, I don't see an alcoholic drinking problem either based on the evidence we have and it drives me crazy that so many viewers just accept and repeat Jax's narrative about Brittany. He's a self-described pathological liar, y'all, don't forget that.
Whether VPR or the Valley, the only man to ever call out these man-children are the women and Beau (Stassi’s man).
And Jax setting up Brittany to be the bad guy is exactly what Tom did - I am sure he just thinks he can do it better.

Bros, your wrong on therapy. Jax's shared that one of his therapist shared one of their sessions...It is a trust issue. Britney knew what she was marring; she thought she could change him. With all Jax's behavior, Britney wants another child; Britney needs the therapist.
Brittany did say she had a couple of drinks the day on the lake! She denied it and the women backed her up, yet when she comes out of the bedroom to yell at Jax for making her look “bad” she yells “I only had a couple of drinks!” So Brittany had been drinking! Maybe it was only 2 but how big were they?
I believe she had the 2 drinks when they met up with the guys. None of the girls were drinking on their boat trip.
Jax has narcissistic tendencies, like lala. And Janet is being the ultimate Karen.
Jax is a sick bastard and what's worse why does Brittany love that...? The man is twisted. To do that on national TV is F'ed up. This was his way to get out. I don't think he ever loved her. He just wanted to have a baby. Brittany girl, why are you dealing with this?

The fact Jason is a partner in disability law for corporations says all you need to know about him! He is good at getting people who have been disabled due to injuries at work DENIED their benefits! Jason and Janet are equally as evil!

I think it’s ok for a man to vent like Danny did. He’s a good guy and sometimes you get in your feels, especially when he was clearly hammered. He knows his wife appreciates him. Normally when we vent, even if it’s a little out of line, we would cringe if it wound up on tv. And Jax is such a pig to treat Britney like he did. I think she most likely has a problem with drinking too much. I cannot imagine my partner yelling and belittling me like that in front of friends and in front of cameras! I felt really bad for her

Ok my mom lived in Santa Clarita and my dad lived in the valley right by where they live in the show and we commuted frequently...it's like a 30 min drive!!! Maybe 45 tops!!

I had a boyfriend many years ago who would turn on a dime and berate me. It was always a blindside and so unexpected. It turned into constant anxiety leading to vomiting. Thankfully it was only 2 years and not 9
Jax is not the nicest person and I certainly wouldn’t want to be married to someone like him but I do see his frustration. Brittney has intestinal issues and she gets very sick after drinking and is wiped out the entire next day. After years of dealing with it and asking her not to do it he’s lost his patience. His delivery is awful but I do understand why he’s had enough. The bag of vomit in the driveway would have been enough for me

I was sick the entire time me and my friend did a bnb at Big Bear. Its elevation sickness. I couldn't drink, walk, eat for days

driving anywhere out of the city you live in in LA is a pain in the ass. I stayed at a hotel in Burbank two weeks ago and drove to my friends house in Santa Clarita on a Saturday morning and it waa 35 minutes with minimal traffic

I wish Jasmine didn't go on the trip and went to Kristen's spa day instead; the cast and producers (other than Zack and Kristen/Luke) treat her as a window accessory. Jason Cachi is the worst, I really hope Britanny does truly wake up and run far away (and takes Cruz with her). I'm not buying Jesse's "redemption arc" either, he reeks of Tom Schwartz. I wish Michelle just divorced Jesse instead of doing this back-door stuff. Zack is the MVP of the episode, I love that he easily keeps Janet pressed. Great podcast, gentlemen.

I had a friend that when she got drunk she was so obnoxious. We went to the casino and I was so embarrassed she spilled a drink on me and got loud and boisterous. It happens with women too, I chose to end the friendship. I can't stand when people get physical when their drunk!
From LAX, Santa Clarita is about 35-45 minutes. Not a bad drive at all.
