seems like a food hall for only affluent Russians ,I think your tour was very calculated by the guide.....perhaps with little choice...to steer away from ordinary Russians ... and their daily lives.....which frankly are probably equally interesting if not more so from a culinary perspective....do always btw enjoy what you produce and share with us.....come visit us in Montana sometime
