The video production in your videos is incredible! So underrated, If I ever head over to Dubai I'll be sure to try these places out. Much love from the West.
Thank you so much for introducing Sudani food I have never experienced in Japan. I have tried some African styled food in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The tomato salad looks so good. And yes, we also have Japanese styled tomato salad: we usually enjoy sliced tomatoes with chopped Shiso leaves and soy sauce over them. The secret is you have to use soy sauce with good quality. I wish I were in Dubai. Thank you, again.
Sahtein, brother! I’m currently quarantining in Dubai before I go to Abu Dhabi in a few more days and I feel like this is a must try before I leave thank you for these awesome blogs
This reminds me of my younger years in Sudan and Ethiopia. My stepmother was Ethiopian and a wonderful cook who spent a lot of time in Sudan whilst I was a child and I will always remember the fantastic food I was given. I loved the engera/kisra with okra and moloukhia. The lamb or meat cut into long strips and coated in lemon and salt before being dropped in to the shaken hot charcoal to cook (the meat had to have fat in it which tasted wonderful when cooked in charcoal). The foul medamas you could buy off street vendors was exceltional, wish I has the recipe. Also loved Ethiopian food, particularly dourowat (highly spiced chicken cooked in a tomato, onion herbed butter and spiced chilly sauce laid on a bed of enjera with yoghurt alongside to cool you down) wished we had these same restaurants in the UAE, as you do now when was there on the 70/80s!

It’s unfortunate that you don’t drink wine , it would complement the food and help digestion.
