Mosaic attenuation in small airway in hrct and x-ray shows hyper inflation in lower lung now i am am a copd patient because of chronic disphagia with impairment of speech (hoarness of voice ) and unilateral breathing difficulty & loss of gag reflex completely , unilateral neck and chest tightness and sharp pricking sensation it been more than 2 yrs yet pulmonologist say it's gerd even after seeing these abnormal reports yet just put me on steroids inhalers since more than 2yrs now i got brochoscam too now even Hospital oxygen and nebulizer r not effective although my blood oxygen is 94-98 but my symtoms r severe discomfort i can't go outside i get too much shortness of breath and choking /suffocating sensations when i am out even a mask doesn't protects did several times covid tests and few infection marker tests all r negative but the spit that I vaccum is transparent thick or white bubbles and it's constantly coming in medical terms ull call it sialoriea
