Thanks asmi.. .. The ventilation class for house surgeons during covid is a basic class for beginners..its there in the playlist.. . But since it was a casual class it's mostly in malayalam. The other 2 videos on hypoxia and hypercarbia does cover practical aspects of graphic interpretation... Will do a graphics only class sometime later..
Very precise and crisp mam. 👍Do u use hfnc in asthmatics regularly.?. In my experience have found drug delivery to be smoother especially in younger kids via hfnc (with the inline neb chamber)
In fact we use quiet a lot niv... Hfnc we are not using as we don't have inline neb.. Hfnc without inline neb is not much useful because of the high flow it will not allow much neb aerosols to enter.

In this mama told to check levels of magnesium sulphate after second dose of magso4 or after 2 dose of magso4 and then starting 10 mg/kg/hr infusion?
Levosalbutamol dose for 25 kg child should we calculate according to dose 0.075 mkd or like this max 0.3 or 0.6 mg dose three times mam
