DIY Teleprompter [On A Budget]

In this video I make a DIY Teleprompter for only 3 dollars. This teleprompter can give your videos a more professional look and give your speaker more confidence. The teleprompter takes about 30 minutes to make and requires no special skills or tools.
All you need to make the teleprompter is:
-A black binder
-A 8x10 glass picture frame
-Binder clips
-A wire hanger
-Electrical tape
To use the teleprompter you will also a tablet with a teleprompter app and something to set it on.
