The Assassination of the Duke of Guise (1908) w/ synchronized Saint-Saëns score

Here is an attempt to present the most complete version of the groundbreaking film, L'Assassinat du Duc de Guise (1908), starring the company of la Comédie-Française. I used numerous sources of varying quality (many of them timestamped-- needless and unconscionable practice) from all over the internet to ensure as complete an experience as possible, synced with a recording of the original score composed for the film by Camille Saint-Saëns. Newly-translated English subtitles are available under the 'CC' option.
One day, I hope to see a pristine copy of the film, digitally available in its entirety (I know a few museums and institutions do hold prints)... But until then, this 'frankensteined' version will have to suffice. Here's hoping you find it the most complete one out there for the time being.
