Wow ! Speak as you find, I am playing a 4231 and after trying IFB on both sides they are remarkable. Defensively sound and remarkably attacking with a defend duty. Another Daljit gem.

Please tell how to counter opponents’ IFB IWB
So let's say I'm managing Manchester United, I can use Shaw or Martinez as IFB L and Diomande or dalot (not as good) in that role on the right.... The libero (todibo or Martinez if central) will step into the same line as the DM making a 3-2 correct? And in a 4231 it would be 3-1 ? Depending on the midfield roles
When using IFB on both sides how does overlap/underlap instructions effect the play style?
Yes they do, I just did a video explaining it
How do you get your width on the left in that formation with an IF and no overlapping wb?
I personally just tell the IF to "stay wide"
He has a Volante on that side that will move up to the AM position, causing roles like IF and IW to stay wide

Why does the IFB not work in those systems? Interested to hear your opinion on this
I have an IFB based 4231 and an IFB based 442 so not sure what others are doing, but they’ve been done on all my livestreams.
