This is the best trip report I have EVER experienced. You really know how to pan slowly and linger for a moment on everything to allow us to soak up the luxury that we can hardly ever afford.....but we're working on it. Thank you so much for taking the time to show us lounge in Frankfurt and then allowing us to make the trip with you. Even the nap was relaxing! I have sent this wonderful video to all my friends. Lufthansa has to be my top choice for First travel. And about those 130 brands of whiskey in the Frankfurt lounge....is it possible to try a shot of ALL OF THEM? Great Report...Vielen Dank!
My father often has to fly from frankfurt to Baltimore for work (he works for a company partered with ESA) and he always tells me how amazing the first class is!

Flown on a 380 many times ( not first class lol) and they are a good aircraft..... unfortunately their days are numbered.......great review and music and as always was wonderful
From my video watching, those seats are not as private as some, though they're nicely appointed. The food (and I presume the service) looks great. That lounge is mind-boggling.
There are 2 kind of people in the world.The ones who live in a amazing world and the others watching from UA-cam.

thank you so much for letting us be part of this flight. I wish I could afford 1st class. Some airlines are even more luxurious in their 1st class. Business class seemed like economy class after being in 1st class. I would love the food for sure.

I wish to fly someday in first class and make it a point not to leave the things behind which i am allowed to take away, as i will be paying for it. I think every bit of stuff in the cabin are included in the airfare. Complimentry is just for name sake. I am watching your videos back to back & just love them .
Wow. This looks like a great experience. I loved the lounge and the overall sense of space and calm. This would definitely help me to relax on the flight. It will be some time before I can afford this experience but it is definitely one I will watch out for. Thank you.
Fantastic vlog thank you. That first class experience is something to aspire to and one that I would dream of. Happily I can enjoy it through your eyes. You are fortunate indeed to have the ability to do what you do and we are fortunate to enjoy it also, albeit from an armchair rather than an aircraft seat.
Night flights are so practical for long haul flights. Wonderful First Class✈👍
The music that starts when the plane is towed in is gorgeous!
I flew LH A380 Business JFK-FRA earlier this year. I agree the privacy in Business is not great. Fortunately i did not have neighbor and I dont need to really sleep on that particular route. But, and this is huge but, LH just oozes understated style and class. (The oxymoron used here is intentional). Service on board and food were superb. The flight attendant even kneels next to you seat so you dont have to look up at her. Superbly polite and warm hearted and of course needles to say always professional. The crew know your name and use it often when talking to you. The Entertainment choice is stunning. I think there were over 50 films available. I must also say I like LH color schemes and interior very much. When they jack up their new business in 2020 with the upcoming 777, I am sure they will have an almost perfect product.
I have heard that the LH's HON and 1st Class ground service is unbeatable.
Yeah, they only really lack in business class nowadays. They will introduce a new one with the 777X.
But as I have only ever flown economy, I must say that the economy food and selections are the best

when i flew lufthansa A380 flight from miami to Frankfort first class 3 years ago the amenity kit was a metal tin with the a380 on it loved it an awesome flight..same cabins as i was in..i didn't do all the first class lounge when i did.. didn't have time to do that oh well next time
That's cool. Seriousy, I'd keep the tin and use it as a camping stove!

That lounge looks amazing. The food and bar are truly 1st class.
But isn't the service "up in the air" ALSO important and of significance? A lounge is all nice and well but the 'nuts and bolts' of 1st Class service is 30,000 ft ABOVE - not on the ground. I'm Asian and I couldn't see any seaweed anywhere. If the 1st class menu 'advertises' something that isn't what it says it is, it makes me wonder how up to par their service really is. I come out of the hotel & gastronomy industry and the bottom line is you have to KNOW your dishes and ingredients!
@@MandalayMoore33 Lufthansa isn't Asian though. We wouldn't expect Weißwurst on Thai Airways either. Seaweed is something that is not used at all in German cuisine.

And what is that green ingredient that sits right on top of the fish? (23:22) That is wakame seaweed.

A very good report again! The Lufthansa First Class is a very good cabin product! But I think the Business Class really needs to be refreshed with new seats with a 1-2-1 layout like other Airlines at the moment to improve the service! The Business Class which will be introduced in 2020 will be already outdated at that time in my opinion. Thumbs up and best regards!

I’d be grateful for the name of the music you played during the dinner service . Was so relaxing and calming
Lufthansa has become my go to carrier no matter where they fly. Your presentation mirrors my experiences with them tine and time again. Most of my travel with them is from MIA/ZRH via FRA since my sister lives in ZRH. I always allow a transit time of at least two hours in FRA so as to shower and refresh before continuing onto ZRH. My sister has asked me why I choose LH vs. Swiss which is what they fly when they come to America. I just simply said because ... “its flawless”. She was skeptical so I decided to pick up the tab when they came last time and flew them LH First. Now they understand 😏. Btw, I have a collection of the famous ducks. 😉
