No, this is all wrong. The truth is that varg wanted control of the black metal scene. He was running a smear campaign against euro for several weeks or months before he killed him. Euronymous was terrified for his life and was trying to get evidence against varg to lock him up. The self-defense story could not be any more of a lie. Also, Snorre was way more in on it than anyone knows. Euronymous never would have opened his door for varg, snorre pretended to be alone and then varg pounced on him.
If you people are really stupid enough to believe vargs story, that's on you. But it's such a ridiculous story I don't know how anyone could possibly believe it. Varg does not want to admit that he failed his mission of becoming the leader of the black metal seen because he really thought that he would never get caught.
