Always use Overchannel for Fireblast. Use Nostrum of Energy V. Not sure why you swap Fireblast and Nova towards the end like that. Take advantage of always giving Fireblast double crit rate boost in conjunction with Nova. I've included my PvE setup similar to this but in a different setup if you need a reference.
Yeah actually looking back at it, I don't know why I swapped them at the end either. I think just messed up the order, I usually Nova -> FB. I found it harder to fit it all in one celerity using OC before FB at the start for normal PvE situations. Unless the boss is perfectly still, its hard to get positioning and the combo down in the timing of one BoC when you have to re-position to hit a nova even though the animation for OC is so quick. I like to have all my OC/LTC casted before I started celerity vs casting OC between the nova and fb the first time to ensure I get the FB and Nova at the end casted with BoC.
Any reason why magma bomb and ice needle are priority over flaming barage? Flaming barage does much more damage it seems, or is it because they are instant cast? Ty for guide
Hard to tell right now. In this video im using a +12 ambit weapon + dev armor. I am working towards 3 deathwise (neck, earring, band) and 2 firetrill (earring, band). Hybrid jewelry sets seems most ideal with this patch.
sorcs never are out of mana just use whatever is available thats the best thing u can do, why using flame pillar if monsters are far away???? flame barrage is so hard to use when chased by monsters, nova too if monsters arent near you. (im a sorc 65 all schisma+12 )
For some resona i by no means hurt with fireblast when i hit from behind. I crit with everything else except fireblast. it should at least hit 1mil with the gear i have (missing Schisma gloves only and etchings). i hit 990k-1mil with void but fireblast is a big no hittting 100k-300k and from the back.
+Narakuü /o/ crit rate is really important on sorc but fireblast is always a bit sketch for crit. Always try to use the 2.5x crit multiplier before casting fb (Master glyph for nova or arcane pulse) before fb and even then you might not be crit... this should get better later on when we get the buff on crit rate for PVE on sorc (not sure when we will get it but its in ktera). In terms of my binds, they are a bit random, i dont think they are optimal so should kind of get the feel of what works for you. I also have logitech g600 so i have f1-f12 as most of my skills which are bound to my mouse so not sure how it would correlate to your set up.
