Get Cash Back from Your EBT Card (2 steps)

In order to get cash from your EBT card you need to first have an EBT card because you qualify for TANF. 
Next you need to visit a retailer like a grocery store, or pharmacy and make a purchase with your EBT card when you see the option for cashback, select the amount of cash that you would like. 
When I spoke to Texas, Health and Human Services and asked if we could use an ATM to get cash back with an EBT card. They stated that cash would need to be withdrawn from the payment processor at a grocery store or pharmacy.
