+Jaco I think it mostly just showcased how amazing pyromancer and madness effects can be at dealing with tempo-oriented decks. If you break their stride and vastly outvalue them there isn't exactly much to be done on the other side of the board.
whenever I play with these kind of decks, I always find my self 5-10 mana cards in my hand after the mulligan... yeah showcase.. as always promotes the shit.
To be fair, KNOWING it was a priest that skipped three turns in a row, why on earth would you ever attack with the Jade Swarmer without the intention of killing it with the attack. Poorly played is all.

If you can fit enough dragons into a deck like this, Dragonkin works EXTREMELY well. Discovering your opponent's Reno or Kazakus, C'thun, N'zoth, etc. is very fun and allows you to open up your playstyle against the opponent since you get some insight to which cards they still have in their deck.
Hey Krip - if you want to make it an even better steal experience, play wild and throw in some recombobulators and shadow madness. I played this on the wild ladder, had a blast!

There is a shadow caster version, with bran, but it also is a little slow, in defending itself well, unless you can get a shadow caster engine going.
@kiripparrian what do you think of the idea of changing things such that all of the Priest steal mechanics actually stole, ie the card is removed from your opponent's deck. For example Mindgames, Thoughtsteal, (and maybe even Mind Vision) removed the card from your opponent's arsenal. Priests are passivists and this would be 100% in keeping of their character and role in the game as a controlling class which turns their opponent's might against them. Further more this could open up some new mill mechanics too. And if you feel this is too powerful, then how about replacing it with a random card so you could disrupt your opponents consistency? One of the things I love about playing Blue in Mtg back in Alpha was that the stronger your opponent's deck was, the stronger yours would be as well. Barring all of that something like would be a welcome addition to Priest: Drunken Monk (2) 0/3 - power changes to match that of any creature which attacks it
Keith Pickett MC tech is still a staple in typical Renolock with Dirty Rat. In this deck however I would say you will soon be dead if the MC tech goes yellow; not enough board clear compare to lock.
Keith Pickett Sorry, when MC tech ability activates :D like Reno or any other card that shows yellow line around the card when it can proc its ability; means opponent has 4+ minions on board. Even with MC tech stealing one, Priest will still get wailed on by the opponent.
A quick kripp request, can you do a refinement of the chansey priest or play a couple more games with it? Been struggling with it recently and want to see if its me or the meta changes.
Just played against Kripp's old Jade Shaman deck with this stealing priest deck. :) It was a tough game, but I managed to win because I used entomb on his White Eyes and one of my Shifting Shades managed to grab his N'zoth so I was able to use N'zoth twice. >:)
Hey kripp, how good is mistress of mixures? its preetty good, as its great against aggro, but against control decks as well - she often eats a weapon charge, a spell, or just gets in more damage than it heals for afterwards.... waiting for tht video (and she costs 1 mana)
This is how Hearthstone should be. Get a quest, make a goofy deck with whatever cards you have to complete it. Doesn't have to be tier 1 net deck, just playing to have fun.

Priest against buff pally is POWERful! but making super troll control priests is some of my favourite decks to hit up. Steal as much as you can, greed.
Plenty of jade/N'zoth decks run loot hoarders. They're alright in that deck. When you use N'zoth as one of your last measures, you'll be glad you played some loot hoarders.
