      @@blackbutmild1 05 don't really know hp gains but seat gains I can tell a hell of a difference.. He has a video on a 04 750.. Also got a Sprint Air filter from Brocks..

    My 2013 with a full yosh and a reflash, also a bazzaz , it did 210 and 126 lbs of torques, on pump gas

      You can make big power on a dyno but if its not tuned right you'll get left behind by a bike that makes "less" power

      @@bigdawgracing7858 boy are you right about that !, that’s the beauty of it, many have set the dyno to give false info, for the clients to be happy , because some dyno are so false that they will tell you your 600cc makes same horsepower’s as the 14, but when you don’t know anything about motorcycles and it’s your first bike kinda things, but I have 35 years of experiences on sport bikes only, and I just sold my baby for medical reasons, but I had 23 bikes in my life, and the tunned was done, by Turcotte Performance, a very we’ll known place for performance in Quebec, and belive me even with me almost sitting on the gas tank at 280 lbs, as soon as I twist the throttle a little the front wheel was always looking for the sky, about as easy as any GSXR, R1, ZX-10, or any others race bikes, and it was my 3rd ZX-14, the number the dyno had give me was true,

    Just thinking all dyno machines take numbers differently but what important is the horse power gians and torque, those numbers is what to look all for.
    From 189 hp to 211 on MR12 thats a massive 22 hp gain, now thats in a static run, when the ram air takes in its affect the horse power gain will be more.
    On fuel pump to MR12 running ram air one be looking at 215 close to it.

      2021? Is the dash still the same as the one in this video or does it have a TFT-screen just like the zx10?
      I really think its a pitty that this bike gets discontinued.
      I'd like to buy a 14 but with the technology (and aerodynamics if that can be improved as the zx10 does have improved aerodynamics) of the zx10. As I'm going for a Carbon fiber bodywork anyway, that will probably be no problem. Only I wonder what extra features the zx10 has wich the 14 doesn't that is more difficult to add later on. Like wiring the heated grips for example.
      Could you share your thoughts on this?

      @@soumynonareverse7807 2021 zx14 is the exact same as this 2019. They have been making the same bike since 2012. No it does not have all the tech that the new 1000s have but it is also cheaper than the new 1000s. I have a 2019 and I would not go back the the 1000s simply from a comfort standpoint. My bike has full brocks and a flash and feels like a monster despite the weight. I like being able to ride comfortably a lot longer unlike the 1000s that are race bikes and make you sore after a short period. My gf also loves riding the zx14 way more as well. Best bike I have ever owned.

    How does the bike deal with the extra heat generated.? My gen 1 with a full blocks exhaust was horrible unless running 90 plus on open highway. If just riding around it would get really hot.

      Sorry but the ratio equivalent for weights to HP is not as you say , the ratio is very neat of 10 lbs for 1 HP, so 40 lbs of weights less, is like you have a 4 HP gained, but if you have 2 bikes same weight and 2 equally riders the one with the 4 HP advantage will go away maybe not as fast as you would wish but it will anyway 😂😂👍

      @@claudebaron9525 Suppose a bike weighs 550 pounds, and the rider geared up weighs 200 pounds, that is 750 pounds total. Let's suppose the bike has 150 rear wheel peak horsepower. These numbers are not from any specific bike, but rather are a good reference point. You can adjust the numbers for your own bike. So the power to weight ratio is 1 peak HP for every 5 pounds. This means that if someone else had an identical bike (550 pounds), but was 40 pounds lighter (160 lbs vs 200 lbs.), then that bike has an effective 8HP (approx) advantage (since 40 pounds are "missing") and there are 8 HP with "nothing now to push", so they push the remaining 710 pounds instead. However the advantage is even better than that, because of better braking, better handling.... So the new power to weight ratio would be 710 / 150 = 4.733 pounds per HP, which is (150 / 710) = 0.2112 HP per pound, so for a heavier bike to have the same power to weight ratio (let's say back to 750 pounds), then it would need 750 * 0.2112 HP = 158.45 rear wheel HP.

      Schnitz and Chris Moore will never take the time to figure that out. They are only using what the ECU software allows them to do. If that option isnt offered in the software then youll never get it. Don Guhl is actually a software engineer and hacker whose able to find things in the ecu that goes beyond what the average tuners software can do and thats what sets him apart. Ryan and Chris dont hack and reverse engineer the Ecu like Don can.

      It's possible to retain the last used ktrac settings during a power cycle on Kawasaki. The person performing the flash should make you aware of your options prior to flashing. From what I can tell most people who offer flashing services do this by default, as it can be used to determine whether the ecu has actually been modified.

    Great work Chris! have the same year same bike. I’ll be sending my ECU to you in the late fall. I really like the CT full Brock’s titanium exhaust. When you say this exhaust isn’t as loud as the Alien Head, how much are we talking? I’m leaving towards the full Brock’s CT full titanium. Thanks Chris and great work with the ZX14R!

      93 pump gas with sprint air filter; p08 f1-85. MR12 oxygenated fuel is 93 octane.

      Brocks Davidson says you can make por power w 89 octane … I am dyno tuning mine tomorrow here in south Florida w 89 octane , sprint race filter , can’t wait to see results

      Was the Brocks tune, a canned tune? If so, yes a dyno tune will make more power and smoother throttle response.

      @@wudntulike2no32 I have a POD-300 from dynojet with the wideband 02 sensor in the exhaust. I can see my AFR as I ride. Without the autotuner on my AFR is 12.5 to 13 with brocks map. But since he is in Ohio and I'm in Alabama, I autotune idle and only the RPM and TP range I ride in and it is set at 13.5 at cruising and 13.2 everywhere else. When I'm at full throttle 8500rpm and up I go 12.8

      Max Torq on 1441 is about 7,600rpm so it wouldn't hurt if you lower your power-rich A/F target rpm...
      You can also go richer than 13.5 below 100% TPS (anything above 20%, 6,000 rpm)...

    211 HP and the rings are not seated yet. Check 05:11 into video blue smoke.
    The pipe looks great it’s good to know it lost 40lbs!!

      It's just a NUMBER..as long as you feel it under your arse is all that matters....MR12 on a well tuned large bore like a Busa ZX14 is easily good for double digit HP increase ..nearly equal to the HP increase you'd get out of a cam upgrade...amazing ..don't even open the engine and you get 8-10 hp....

      @@TEAMWRIGHTEOUS I just ride my 1997 ZX-11 that I paid about $2K for. Good enough. I don't race. I "geared" (sprocketed) mine up for highway with an 18 tooth front. Tachs around 3K at indicated 60 MPH. Good power to $ ratio.

    Only downside to the new brocks titanium is the look , looks like a stock muffler if you're paying that kind of money i want it to stand out

    I wouldn't trust my ZX-14R (if I had one) to this guy. He seems kinda rough on bikes. The dyno also seems to be rough on tires too.
