I started watching Malcom’s channel several years ago because I wanted to learn how to grill a specific recipe. Now I’m watching this video purely because he made it. ❤
I'm all for this man succeeding more than he already is, but history shows that youtube and big TV don't always mean instant money glitch. Daym drops has arguably a much bigger audience and he can't keep a TV show to save his life.

IMHO too many folks are afraid to chop skirt steak down into manageable bits by cutting with the grain first like you did. It really, really makes a difference, makes the meat much more user friendly.
I'd have prepared the bread onions and cheese by themselves and put the meat on after to keep it med rare. It ended up well after the oven. Still going to try this. Mouth watering.
