You’re not alone on the Nomad palette. I don’t do greens a lot, but you need to be a huge green lover to go for this one! I feel it’s a cute colour story to paint with, or to style furniture with, not to go all in on the eyes…
The Klarity palette looks like the Blend Bunny Lure and the Menagerie Fruit Bat, so maybe you’re mixing it up with those? It’s also not too dissimilar from their Evil Mermaid palette, but this one is more purple.
The Huda glosses look a bit too gloopy and I saw someone trying them on and the lighter colours go a bit patchy and gather and make those weird lines. Nice that you’re aiming for the deeper colours ;)
@@themakeuparchivesx I’m curious about the cooler undertones, her lip liners (and even nude lipsticks) read quite warm/peachy on me. But I’m afraid for the formula. I actually really love the current formula of her lip pencils (if only the eye pencils performed the same way, on me they never set and smudge all over, never on the back of my hand).
Although most of the makeup, or circumstances around it (f.e. prices, marketing, etc.), is not truly inspiring, you managed to make such a delightful video out of it. (Commenting as I watch) i think I’m the only one thinking Adept’s palette looks a bit too repetitive… maybe not in person, but… dunno. Those prices shenanigans are ridiculous!
The Ilia foundation stick has my name all over it, but it leans heavily on favouring lighter skin tones - when swatched you can see there’s a lot less deeper colours than there are lighter undertones. They seem to be coming for the Fenty stick with the blurring thing ;) (such silly firming claims, I just laugh)
@@themakeuparchivesx in the swatches I’ve seen they have tow thirds of light/medium tones, and then there are about 5 actually deep shades. Hugely imbalanced…
I love Adept Cosmetics but yes the prices are high unfortunately. I have almost all their palettes. They have beautiful palettes. Just a bit upset, their customer service is not that great. I emailed them twice about two different orders, and never got a response back. I did receive all my orders, but never received my gift with purchase. I mean I really don’t care about the gift with purchase but a response from a brand would be nice even if they can’t send it. And here I am still purchasing more from the brand 🙈🙊🙉
Oh no! that sucks about the cs! but I'm glad you got your orders, is their a palette you like the most from them? and lol I think we all have those brands we kinda overlook the bad for to keep getting the goodies 😅
@@themakeuparchivesx hehe agreed thanks lol ❤️ oh my, that’s a tough question, all their palettes are really nice but if you ask me right now, I’d say the inspired palette and flying fiddles because I love the color stories and they have the same amazing adept formula:) it’s really hard to choose though. I think the inspired palette was limited edition unfortunately.

Ive brougut the illia stick and its so good! But i have pretty clear skin. I will pick up the LE skin tint too because i have no self control 😂

Just seen! Happy that shes doing some skin tone ones, I was just thinking how I'd love one that was just slightly deeper than my natural lip colour x
