I didn't but they have a similar texture. Shade 1 & 2 do not compare to any of her shades and shade 3 is closest to metropolis but more redwood in tone.
No, I just said I wasn't buying any more of her bullet lipsticks unless she switches the packaging to something like this slim style where breakage isn't really an issue.
Hi Lexi ! Great GRWM with a full face of LE products, along with a feature presentation and review of her new lip balms. BTW, love the eye look! Sadie’s cameo appearance is a nice touch. I have yet to try LE, mostly because of Canada customs, duties, the exchange rate, (etc.) but I always enjoy watching whatever you’re featuring. Thank you for another great video.
Not keen on colours from LE. Metropolis is very similar to black honey by clinique imo. Many have been saying very waxy and they get a taste and smell of crayons. To me they look like a lip balm with a hint of colour and not tempted enough to spend so much on that formula. Beautylish sent an email on the new koh gen do pressed powder - if the formula stands up I'm buying 100% even though each component is priced separately
They have that clean beauty scent that is a bit crayon like. I believe it's castor oil. If you are buying the KGD powder, check it out at macy's while it's on sale.

Surprisingly Macy's seems to be turning things around with beauty releases recently. I was surprised to see the new powder there too but they were one of the first retailers to carry it. I'm hoping this is a sign of good things to come.
The skintint has been my go too its like in my top products of this year . I really cant believe some people dont like it , i think they have to be using way to much product and not the right application method. Did u not get the pink moon highlight shade ? I think that is up your alley i love that one. I do love that lid shade u used i also love the 2 shimmers in the vega. One thing that is annoying when her stuff sells out it takes a lifetime to restock 😂 i just got into LE last year so i had to wait forever for those eye pallets. I wanted to get the lipliner in 0n but its been sold out now 1 n is as well but i did get that one it will be here today. I am getting the pink balm and maybe one of the nudes haven't decided between them but need to before they sell out and i have to wait forever to get it. i cannot understand whats taken lisa so long to bring out her liquid blush again? since her initial launch many brands have come out with liquid blush in tube packaging that have no issues with packaging? wonder why its been so long cant understand particularly when she had already invested time and effort into her creation of formula and shades. A real shame ...
I agree. I think if she had just switched her packaging to something with a doe foot, she wouldn't have had to change anything in the formula and it would have been a quick fix. I hope they return soon.
Hi Lexi great review. I really like LE approach to the products she creates, it’s not just generic collections, it’s more to me couture feeling. She puts so much art and thought to each product . I love her tint, her mascara is great too. And I love that Sisley blurring powder look. I need to get it. Now I am getting red curve. I might pick up her new pencil in 2w ( that’s the way she wore it, in her video) i also intrigued about the épanoui color, although I am not sure. I loved more on your swatches than on the lips🤔 and also since I have redish permanent lip makeup, these sheer balms, lip glosses looks different than on more pale pigmented lips. Hello Sadie! Such a pretty (and clean) girl ❤ I bought Épanoui and the pencil in 1C. It is a beautiful combination and I find that using EL’s sculpting pencil (as opposed to a softer, creamier pencil) prevents the emollient balm from migrating into my vertical lip lines. The other balms just weren’t anything I’d wear, but that’s OK. Not everything has to work for me. My only complaint about the balms is that there is very little product. I love balms and reapply them frequently so I’m a bit concerned that Épanoui will be used up quickly.
Great swatches ❤ I received mine today. I love the look and the feel of the lip balms. Unfortunately, I can't stand the scent at all. I taste it continuously, also while drinking. And I'm not sensitive to scents at all 😢
The Hermes texture is thinner and oilier and I can't think of a shade in their balms that really matches one of these. Beige d'Eau I have used up but it was lighter than these when swatching but on the lips, probably a mix of meet cute and sweet fig.

I didn’t like the fallout from the eyeliner in the renaissance shade if anyone is looking at it. I wish her products were sold at a US retailer so I could go in store and swatch.

At worst it looks like nothing. The Tatcha in Midnight Lily and the Prada in Maple would be much better colors on me. Which lasts the longest on the lips? Which do you prefer? (Also hugs and kisses for Sadie. She is adorable!)💚
I honestly love both but the prada lasts a bit longer on the lips color wise. The emollient texture lasts about the same for both. The prada is more matte than the tatcha so be sure to take that into consideration.
Lexi, I loved the GRWM inclusion! What a great way to put it together instead of solely swatching the balms. And I was literally about to return my Sisley blur powder but after seeing how you used it here, I’m gonna give it another go because that seems genius! To use it underneath as a primer almost. 🙏 Also, your dog is the cutest!!! 🥰

How do they compare to Hermes’ summer collections every year like you know the beige croisette, orange capucine, beige d’eau shades??
