I feel Travis's music is what Music in it's purest, most honest, raw definition was created to sound like.
I kinda feel the same... I find Travis to be one of the very fewest guys that can really convey their raw feelings into their creations, its like hes able to create the songs just as he pictures them in his head. Besides I believe his music is very spot on with the lyrics. I rarely use the term, but the guy is highly artistic

He is my friend and I have been out on the road with him on and off for 20 plus years.There is nothing more beautiful than watching people all over the USA digging your friends music.In my eyes and what I saw at all the concerts and studio. He is the best musician I have ever seen and been apart of. Thanks my friend for all the years of music you let me be apart of. IAM ready to do it again . Love you bro

I’ve met him more than a few times and he was always so super cool. The best night of my life was seeing him in 04 in Wisconsin, it was the first time I met him after a show and he autographed my Red Disc and gave me a guitar pick. That whole night was a priceless memory and I’ll never forget it. If you ever get the chance, tell him Steve from NJ says what’s up bro!!

What an amazing thing to have shared with him! I agree 💯 Travis is in a class of his own and no other musician can hold a candle to his torch! I listen to his music everyday, and everyday Im in awe of what he does. It truly bothers me that his work isn't yet known by every person in the world. I know his gift of music will someday change the world if given the chance. He deserves it and the world deserves to know him like his true fans do!!! ❤️❤️

I will enjoy Travis' music for the rest of my life. I too struggled with addiction for many years. My wife helped me to become sober. First, is that I wanted to change and stay that way. Sobriety is at times unbearable. I find that as long as I keep myself occupied and happy then I do not feel the craving to use. Love you, Travis.
christ almighty. sobriety is not unbearable if you deal with your issues and problems. what you are doing is called avoiding the problem and it will not last forever

I wouldn't find it pain so directly, in my opinion, so much as forlorn frustration perhaps? The lack of being able to describe or communicate his perspective with which average people, such as those without Aspberger's (I also have it), is quite aggravating. I see the world differently than those around me, a word I cannot ever hope to possibly describe to ones I love.

Travis suffers so we dont have to. His suffering is our atonement for what we wish we could do but won't or can't do. His pain is our playground, his torment is our inspiration. . He suffers so we can feel.

From a technical standpoint there are some clear 'imperfections' in the way Travis plays this song - but that's how it's supposed to be - whether that's Hendrix 'messing up' playing Red House or Bob Dylan laughing at himself on Freewheeling - I don't want 50 takes. I don't want autotune. Imperfection equals perfection. Travis is a master at what he does, and nobody else does or can do what he does in my mind. He is so uniquely special and talented. I play guitar and sing, but I would cut off a toe or two to be able to do what he does - I just hope he's good and gets himself healthy. Not trying to preach, and I know you'll see this Travis - I know you're looking at this lol - come play a solo show in Sarasota - I'll be there ✌

angry light...have been looking for it on a cd..no luck..a Live version would be a major plus. I was a Major Beer drinker for years..Nipper bottles too..i just said " Fuck This " and said screw it..done..i dont need to drink to cope with anything...used to party like a damn Viking in the late 70's ..1980's..dabbled with Coke, Acid, Mescaline, THC, Pot..just said " Fuck It "..i have had a beer here an there...not talking buy a 30 pack lol..a few brewski's and that was that..maybe 5 beers for 2018 and i used to buy Beer by the 30 pk. I hope those who are fighting addiction find their way..i lost my oldest Nephew last year to Heroin, he was on and off for years..just so damn senseless.i struggle with finances for me and the wife, being disabled due to a work accident back in 2001..we havent gone on a vacation in ten years..need to go to new hampshire camping next year..no stress

yes he's alive, I believe he's either dealing with mental or drug issues at the moment. but I'm sure he'll eventually release Purple or some sort of new content
