this really makes me upset b/c i went pescatarian and then vegan over the last year. I had my blood work done 2 weeks ago and i was Vitamin D deficient. Not only was I deficient and having severe pain in my body - I am protein deficient. I almost fell over with upset and confusion.
Hibiscus Heart Vitamin D does not come from food, it comes from the sun. You need to spend 15-20 minutes per day outside with your skin exposed to the strongest sun available. In the winter, depending where you are, the sun may not be strong enough to help your body make sufficient Vitamin D, and you may need to take supplements to avoid seasonal deficiency. Any Vitamin D in food, like in milk, is added there through processing. You can take a better form directly, bought from the pharmacy aisle at your health food store. Also, look into what testing was done to determine protein deficiency, and how it measures deficiency. Are you suffering actual health issues from this alleged deficiency? If so, are you eating enough leafy greens, legumes, and whole grains? It is possible to eat an unhealthy vegan diet. You want to go heavy on fresh vegetables and light on processed foods. Yes, leafy greens have a high level of protein by percentage. You can take vegan protein supplements, but they're mainly processed legumes. You might as well eat a variety of legumes.
I spend a lot of time in the sun especially in summer months. I have been in severe pain for 6-8 months now and am on a high does of vitamin D to supplement and gain my health back. Most of the foods we eat do not have Vitamin D3 fortified but Dairy and other items are fortified. Neither explain my protein deficiency though; which i have according to my bw results. =(
Just finished my first month vegan, celebrated with beyond burgers and then first vegan Thanksgiving!! Feels great to get right with my body, get right with the animals, and get right with planet. Get on the right side of history!! Go vegan!!
Vegan for over 32 years! I am 60 years young, my total cholesterol is 141, no drugs or medications for anything! I am 6'3" and weight 180 lbs. Have tons of energy and feel great.
I'm only 15 but I've been vegan for almost a year and I'm so glad I did, I was obese and lived constant anxiety and was crying every night, I am now a healthy weight, I'm more confident than I've ever been, I feel excited to cook healthy meals for myself and others, my parents love the things I cook and my dad is trying to at least become vegetarian because he believes he can because I've shown him how bad meat really is.
Burner Fire Excuse me for interrupting but what kind of "logical discussion" begins with the statement, "I like eating raw liver" what were you hoping to have said back to you? What were you hoping to discuss exactly?
Burner Fire Not really. You didn't state how eating raw liver made you feel, you just stated that you eat it, I'd made no mentions of specific foods I eat just how veganism made me feel. Your comment came off as random or irrelevant but that's my opinion.
Burner Fire Or more likely is that your communication needs work. You made a short statement, you did not compare your experience to mine. Had you said "I'm healthy and I eat raw liver." And I thought you were being irrelevant, I'd be wrong as I was writing a fair amount about my health in relation to my diet, like the revised version of your statement did. Because you said nothing of your health or happiness, it would not have been poor reading comprehension for someone to assume anything about either trust me I got graded down for doing something similar on a paper in 2nd grade :'(
I've been vegan for over half a year and I will stay vegan for life. For the health For the animals For the planet ❤ Update 4 years vegan Stronger, faster, sharper than ever. I didn't except to get so many likes. You guys are awesome ❤
HullZ I don't know if this makes me an awesome person but it definitely makes me better. Thank you very much I really appreciate it! You're awesome too! Wish you all the best!
@The V word First of all, do you believe that all that verbal slander will make a single vegan change their mind and start believing what you say? In general, if your facts would be correct, how did all vegans survive more than a few years? Why do they less often suffer from common health issues (cancer, diabetes, heart diseases etc.)? 1. If you eat enough grains, seeds, nuts, legumes and/or beans, this is not an issue. 2. According to current research, the only critical issue is B12, which can supplemented easily. Why do you think that we cannot get enough fat from plants? What about seeds and nuts which grow here in Europe? 3. This really depends on what you eat. Even several omnivores lack these two minerals. My wife's blood iron is much higher since she became vegan. I don't know about mine at the moment, but I don't have any symptoms. 4. I get almost enough tryptophan through my breakfast alone. Insulin resistance is less common in a vegan diet compared to others: veganhealth.org/pcrm-study-on-insulin-and-vegan-diets/ 5. I don't get your point here. Why do you think that vegans are eating more processed foods? All diary products and all sausages, burgers etc. are "processed food", too. Most animals, fruits and vegetables we eat today were not "native" at some point in time. Does that mean we should no longer eat them? 6. I totally agree that we should try to eat as much local/season food as possible. Could you give a source that vegans eat more exotic food than omnivores? How about the enormous amount of fodder that is moved around the globe for the animal industry? About the killing through harvesters per acre - at the moment, we use way more farm land for animal food than for human food. "a diet that contains free-range beef and other carefully chosen meats." - almost all meat/diary our society eats today is not from that category. It would not be possible to do that for the amount of humans living on earth, at least if our meat and diary consumption is not dramatically reduced. The rest of your text is just one insult after another so I don't want to read it to the end. If you'd like to reach someone with that, you should consider a more civilized approach.
@@alexanderhoffert7862 well put. Some things they said are quite bizarre and just plain wrong. I guess if one keeps repeating their lies enough they'll actually start to really believe them. I'd like to hear how all the cultures or religions that are strict vegans have lasted so long and have died out....for ex. Buddhism.
My husband and I began our vegan lifestyle 9 months ago after I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I see a neurologist multiple times a year and she told me I convinced her to transition to vegetarianism. My charts have been remarkable and she told me that I am the image of health. Plants have saved my life
I'm sorry - are you telling me that veganism cured your MS? I'm not a troll, I'm just deeply shocked. MS is not a dietry disease like diabetes. It cannot be fixed by diet. It sounds like a dodgy diagnoses to me. Perhaps I'm wrong, and if I am please cite me some sources because my mum's friend has MS and has had it for 35 years.
Good for u...but keep in mind ur right to do is just as important as another's right to do whatever they choose....ur right(s) shouldn't impose on another's rights. A % out here don't seem to get this..yes u have rights, but so do other people as well.
The same feeling. Things are changing fast! It is the only future for humankind and planet eco survival! I`m proud for the all participants and editors of this movie, it is SO important! Best vegan support from Germany!
Same!!! I've been vegan since february 2017 but it hurts me so much that it took me this many years. The idea that I caused the animal abuse for so many years...
I have been a meat eater for 30 years .. A documentary changed my life and I went Vegan overnight ..it’s been two years now.. I turned vegan for animals.. But the health benefits can't be explained in few words.. I went from size 12 to size 4 still losing., I feel light and no bloating .. more than everything am so peaceful .. Am so happy .. Turning Vegan was the best decision I ever made in my life 🌱❤️💪🏼 Iam gonna be Vegan for life
I'm exactly the same as you. I'm 2 years in with a couple of trip up's along the way. Have never felt better in my entire life. Even when I was exercising most days and eating meat.
There are some days that I get so frustrated with people for not giving a single shit about the animals, their health, or the planet, but videos like this one remind me that the world is progressing and people are making a difference. Thanks for the reminder, this is a beautiful video :-)
Some people need to be lead buddy : ) the change is happening, the sheeple will follow, remember, it took hundreds of years for the west to realise we shouldn't make slaves of people; humans aren't very bright I guess : )
This documentary is so powerful and seriously everyone should watch it. There is literally no excuse for not going vegan. Be on the right side of history!
Whenever I'm feeling down, whenever I'm judged for being vegan, whenever the only vegan option at a restaurant is french fries I come back to this video to remind myself we are making progress, we are making a difference, and we can change the world!
Katie, I've been vegan for the last 8 months. I have an autoimmune illness (Lupus & RA); I was severely ill 1-2 years ago; I tried every possible thing I could do to get back to my good health that I always had before the sudden illness. Out of all what I tried, Fasting & Veganism what helped me to get my life back, mainly veganism! I'm 99% symptoms free today with endless energy! It's amazing! I also felt the same way as you do during my early transition. Just like you, I also kept watching these documentaries which helped me to stay with the veganism. Now the main thing that helps me is, thinking about all the good I do to the animals, to the environment, and to my health. BTW, I was told by someone that most restaurants would be happy to offer a plate of steam vegetables if you request them.
53 seconds and I'm already tearing up. You can feel alone on the other side, fighting the good fight in the matrix. But we are not alone. We are growing, and we are touching and awakening hearts one person at a time❤️ #1Love #Peace #AllweNeedisLove
Doughboy69 me too! I never thought I would be “vegan” (honestly just from not understanding what it entailed 100%-which will help me to offer the information to whoever wants to know)... but here I am scoping out ALL the vegan docs🤣, 5 days in and I honestly feel amazing. Ate a boiled egg the next morning and for whatever reason- I can’t understand it completely- I gagged and spit it out (after seeing what the health)..
Well Done! I live in Wisconsin. I have written Senator Baldwin, but she doesn't listen. I explained to her instead of forcing the public to buy/consume something they are losing interest in and for good reason... the push should be to help existing farmers to change their business model to produce more veg and leave animal products behind!
OriginalHuman keep it up the longer you stay vegan the lighter and better you'll feel!! If you have any questions ask me and any other Vegan for support! Thank you for going vegan!!!🤗🤗🤗🎁
I'M PROUD OF YOU! Trust me the bullying doesn't matter. I know it might hurt, but you're helping the world and living a better life, you'll find your people
Tridhos you're better off just eating whole plant foods anyway, no need for those fancy ingredients. Trust me, here in Ukraine we have a much smaller variety than the UK but I'm completely happy with the choice I have! My food is even more varied now than it was when I wasnt vegan. I used to eat the same stuff al the time and now I buy a lot of different sorts of greens, nuts, seeds and legumes I didnt know existed!!! And I eat more fruit that I used to only buy on special occusions like pineapple, avocado etc. I can finally afford it by saving on all those animal products
Actually veganism isn’t just about what you eat. You can’t call yourself vegan if you still contribue to other forms of animal abuse such as wearing dead animals/buying products that contain or/and are tested on animals etc they aren’t vegan yet, they’re plant based. Don’t confuse the two terms being vegan and being plantbased are two diff things.
Yeah, I thought they were seriously crazy and unhealthy people. I still think some who turn on one another are crazy but being vegan is one of the most clever choices you make for health. Most importantly, no animal deserves a life of complete torture and face an awful death. Why do people want to eat that? I couldn't when I saw it for my own 👀
Holy crap, I read somebody who had a shirt that said "Not your mom, not your milk" "Go Vegan" and I put vegan on youtube. I guess I am indeed vegan now.
An awful lot of creatures eat meat and drink milk. Little birds used to pick holes in the milk bottle lids and steal the cream off the top when I was a child. Yes, even birds. Are you still a vegan?
I'm sorry you're brainwashed so easily. Watch a lion tear a deer to bits, would you blame him or think he should eat greens instead? Cows and sheep feed the soil. Machines and chemicals are killing the soil and it's disappearing into the sea at an astounding rate. Soon, in the next fifty years it'll all be gone. What next? What will we eat when there's no insects or soil? The chemical are wiping out the bees and the life in the soil now. Half of the bees are now dead in just forty years. What is going to fertilize our food when they're gone? Industry wants the animals gone and this is the result.
You guys continue to be an inspiration. I watch all your videos and have added my voice to spreading the vegan message. As you say, "Put yourself in the victims shoes." My hope is one day the world will be vegan and all life is honored and respected.
I have to admit i'm an extremely pessimistic hate filled person due to the state of our planet, but this video filled me with a bit of hope for our future. Great vid.
I didn't feel that way until I went vegan. Ignorance is bliss, realizing and accepting the truth is horrifying. I guess taking on the responsibility of being a force for change makes up for it a bit though.
Vegetarian for twelve years watching this. . . I think this documentary is going to help me make my switch to vegan. ❤️ Thank you for helping to spread truth and love!
Every handful of soil hold more living things than there are human being on the earth. Machines are killing it every time they turn it and worse still chemicals are making sure it stays dead. Only animals make soil. Vegans are wiping out this planet. Look out.
To my fellow Vegan and vegetarian friends we're chipping away aren't we? Sometimes I just feel like giving up. I see such awful things and I feel like we take two steps forward, but one step back. The meat and dairy industry is not going to go down without a fight! they r a multi billion dollar industry, Yet, we need to keep fighting, the animals are depending on us, our children are depending on us, the Earth is depending on us!! keep fighting the good fight my friends ❤❤
I became a vegan 5 months ago. It was about a week after my first daughter was born and I saw a documentary about a dairy farm. I could not bear the sight of those poor babies being separater from their mothers that Ibwebt vegan instantly!
I can't stop crying... Ive been a vegetarian for 6 years and now a vegan for 3 years. I have hope in our world, the world is changing and I love being able to be a part of it. Thank you to the creators of this film.
You watch these programs and are being brainwashed deliberately into buying junkfood like Kellogg's cornflakes that has B12 in it and other crap. That's what these programs are all about.
When you have Professor Noam Chomsky on your side....well....I don't have say anything else. RESPECT. And to the other vegan docs, lawyers, journalists, youtubers and everyone else. Thank you. We're winning, slowly. but it will happen.
I’m a vegan and feel great mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally... I also feel better not having any part the killing of innocent animals who just want to live...
YYYYYEEEEEESSSSSSS!!!! Klause YOU are a GODSEND!!! Thank you thank you thank YOU!!! You will go down in history as the Paul Rivere of the 21st Century!!! You made such a HUGE contribution to the planets future survival hours by SPREADING THE NEWS!!! LOVE YOU !!!!- Edie, The Salsa FREAK!!!
Here’s the truth ...used to eat alot of meat before, 2 weeks ago I chanced upon a lecture on UA-cam from a Professor about benefits of plant based foods and needless to say, started to get hooked on watching video after video about Veganism😊.. so I challenged myself to try it for 3 days, not even a week... after 2 days I was sold 👍🏻.. 2days of staying away from meat and other junk and sweet foods - controlling my choices of food by choosing plant based foods in all my meals- just 2 days i felt a big difference and a jump in my energy level. I hope continuing this, my blood pressure will go down dramatically so I can get rid of my bp pills .. SO the gist is, I believe in switching to plant based diet 😊.. It’s really true....
My first day vegan was January 20th, 2017. I have eaten vegan every single day since and can no longer imagine ever eating animals again. I no longer buy product unless they are vegan including my clothing and my beauty products. It is the best thing I have ever done.
CJ Luckey vegans don't eat or use animal products- some clothing has leather, which is not vegan, since it's made from animal hide. Shoes, boots, purses usually have leather... wool, which is sheared sheep fluff, is also technically not vegan since it came from an animal even if the animal may not directly be harmed or killed. Beeswax and honey are also not vegan, but I don't consume them anyways even though I'm only vegetarian bc you gotta protect bees, ya know?? 😛🐝 I hope this might have helped a little!
I suffered horribly from Lupus and refused to be the "patient" but to embark on an personal experiment proven by many to work. I got off the 9 pills a day and became vegan. It saved my life!! 90 days of being vegan my health was 100%! 2 years later I'm healthier than I ever have been. This is an amazing documentary that sheds nothing but truth! Well done! Going vegan will save the animals, our planet, and our health!! Be compassionate, be responsible, and be educated!
I never thought I would be a vegan, or be on a whole food plant based diet-but I am as of the end of 2017. More and more people are looking at the state of their health and realizing that animal products equal bad health, and a whole food plant based diet equals great health!
And I've been vegan for three years and I've been battling with a recurring flu and feeling weak for the past few months. There's no need to sugar-coat being vegan. It doesn't give you superpowers and it doesn't make you incredibly healthy. There's plenty of non-vegan people in great health, especially when they are young (which so many vegan enthusiasts are anyway).
This must have taken so long to collect all this information and edit. So encouraging to see veganism on the rise and so many new documentaries to educate people. Thanks so much PBN for your tireless efforts and all your vids throughout 2017 you guys are amazing ✌️
I am 39 and vegan for last 3 years. The best turn in my life. Thanks for this document and all work you did on vegan field. Greetings from Czech Republic.
To some of my friends, my family, and to my old high school classmates; I want to say thank you. Thank you for telling me I couldn't do it, thank you for laughing in my face and say I couldn't last a week, your teasing and how you didn't have faith in me made me into the young lady I am today. It has been almost 3 years since I started my vegan lifestyle. Yes, 3 LOVELY YEARS, and I'm still going strong. Little did y'all know, but I love proven others wrong, yet you knew my heart was huge, and once I commit to something/someone I will always keep my promise. Now I know more about my surroundings and what I put in my body. I will continue being vegan and speak for the voiceless, until God calls me home. THANK YOU!
Since we wached the What the Health movie we are proud to became Vegetarians... The goal is to be 100%Vegan . After a long term health condition giving up meat definitely made a Big different in my life!
Greetings from a new vegan!! I’m commenting as proof that this is growing. My family does not support me, my husband and his family however - do. And they’re not even vegan. Very exciting to see how much steam this is gaining!! Wonderful news!!
This documentary was very empowering. Sometimes it seems as if all efforts are in vain, but this makes me realize just how much impact we vegans and animal activists have. 🌱
I have been Vegan for two months now, I love it and have found the transition easy. 😻🍏 my three year old ate tofu for the first time today.. happy mummy!!
2018. My New Year’s resolution was to only do things that brought me joy. Eating animals doesn’t bring me joy and I already hated dairy... so it was like automatically became vegan this year. Two months in, I’ve never looked or felt better in my entire life. Never going back.
11:15pm, 12-31-2017. 45 minutes left of this year and I will become, I am vegan. I have been vegetarian for 5 months and just wouldn't make the final leap. Now, it is my time. I know I may screw up or make mistakes but I have to start and keep trying. So happy I watched this, really pleasant way to begin my journey.
I became vegan 3 years ago.... lost over 50 lbs .... no more IBS , no more heartburn, no more knee problems, no more migraines, my blood pressure is perfect... my boys behavior has changed, my sons acne boil size pimples GONE, more energy I WILL NEVER GO BACK ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Never go back eh? Blaming meat for all your miseries. Not all the other stuff you were eating? Well, it's been a couple of years, not many other people reply to me. Are you still a vegan Hazel or have you woken up?
You’ll get there! Keep experimenting and learning how to veganize the foods you like to eat .... when I switched to full vegan I lost 20 lbs the first 2 months, and I got to eat my favourite foods: chilli, tacos, spaghetti, avocado sushi, and stirfry!
Watch more documentaries. Read more about veganism. If you do struggle going vegan you need to look at why it's better to be vegan. Instead of having that cheeseburger, or dairy ice cream, remind yourself of what the animals go through so you can just eat that, and remind yourself how damaging it is to the environment and to your body. If I ever struggle I've just got to remind myself that it's not just about my taste buds or cravings it's about the world, the lives of billions of animals (including humans) and my body.
I’ve been vegan for a while now and never want to go back. But I know my family will never ever change. And they think I’m just being ignorant and just listening to everything on the internet you know
this is sooo exciting, 16 years ago people didn't even know what vegan was, I spent so many years being attacked and discriminated against and watching animal ag dragging veganism through the mud, many years I felt hopeless and angry at the entire human race, as many of my fellow vegan ara's did, years of deep depression and withdrawal but we stood firm and kept speaking the truth and now times they are a changin ;o) what a privilege and great honor to be a part of this history making movement. Until EVERY CAGE IS EMPTY!!! we WILL persist!
I been vegan for 3 years but this is the first year I have been plant based 💚, go plant based lifestyle, stop wearing clothes 💚 #BeFree #StayGrounded, be in the sun, use coconut oil, sleep on a mat instead of a bed, will align your back, stop using chemicals on the body, the body absorbs everything!! This is a lifestyle, so it’s about changing everything in your life not just how you eat!! Start growing your own food, give back to nature as she gives to us, give your poop and pee back to nature this is how we can grow our food and never be ashamed because you are what you eat 💚💪🏽 Plant based Lifestyle I will change my children’s life.
im a meat eater but i have to say with tears in my eyes.thank you for having so much energy to fight this huge monster.i never got sick but i can feel and hear my bone cracking and my joinds hurting me.i'm having war here with me family about this.i'm trying my self to become vegan and i want to be 100% raw vegan.but it's the gmo is what i fear now.
OC123 1938 yes i want to.i can't look in my dog eyes and feel such love and loyalty and then eat the other on my next breath.i do not want to do this because of the plant base diet but the truth that's behind it. i love the truth that works like domino effect truth after truth after truth not just people becomming sick. i talk to mich hahah i mean yes sent me the link. right now i live on 35% sun energy alone and i feel great.but i need the plants
In the process of veganism becoming hip and mainstream especially with celebs promoting it, there will be much more processed vegan food hitting the supermarkets and restaurants. Just remember what made you healthy and made you feel good in the first place and that is implementing RAW foods, uncooked plants. I have to remind myself of this sometimes as well.
You are right but we are talking about getting people to stop eating animal products. Many people do not care about their health and eating processed vegan food will at least help the animals and the planet!
Its a briliant habit to eat as many raw fruits and veg, and some raw versions of certain 'store-bought' foods as one desires, can afford and can find locally.. But please remember that for many, many people first going plant-based/vegan, it will be far easier transitioning if they know they can still enjoy their favorite cooked foods as well - pasta, rices, beans cooked cereals, vegan breads, plus cooked versions of all vegetables. Restricting, or fine-tuning, if you will, one's individual plant-based diets can come later. Just become vegan first.
I am so glad that world is considering plant based diet, this video made me extremely happy, God Bless all of you, thank everyone who consider animal cruelty
20 yrs for me.. and loving it more and more as i age.. the fast food industry is a huge problem serving cheap meals to the unscrupulous patrons who dont question what they eat.. hence a grossly overweight unhealthy population... ! however, its documentaries like these that can bring awareness and education to generations who have an open mind..☺
I am from the South. Raised on meat. I am now 52, and have found it incredibly easy to get rid of meat. There are so many great products out there now. They are not that expensive either. I've been eating Boca Burgers and Earth Grown chicken patties and tenders. They're pretty good. 4 patties for 2.99 is cheaper than meat. I love my peas and potatoes and all veggies. Also almond milk is good. We eat more veggies now, and i have saved money since veggies are cheaper than meat. We haven't been sick either.
Scrappy Velazquez There's no such thing as "humane way to die", it's bullshit because the animals know very well when they are about to die, it's called instincts. And even if, miraculously, you'd manage to kill them without the animals being able to notice (🤔), you'd still be ending a sentient being's life, before its time, without its permission, just so you could eat something you don't need.
What is a humane way to kill someone who doesn't want to die? We have lots of other nutritious food options, no need to cause violence and death to other beings. Whether we are omnivores or not we can meet all our nutrition needs eating this way and have a much lower risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and many types of cancer. Be vegan
Great show but a big issue I think needs more attention is Dairy milk in Public Schools, especially High Schools. More then half of it is wasted, my son told me at his high school almost no one drinks it and doesn't even understand why its still served. When I was at my daughters elementary school I noticed the same and cartons were thrown away that weren't even open. They don't even have Juice as an option just Milk or Chocolate milk which is rediculous.
Brilliant. I’ve been vegan for about a year now and my 1 year old twin boys have been vegan all their lives and are big strong boys exceeding all their milestones. Without a drop of cows milk in sight.
YasminMac91 I'm vegan but I'm apprehensive about putting my 5 year old on the vegan diet because he's already so skinny. Can you recommend some info on feeding picky little ones vegan or plant-based diet?
Cheri H. Yeah of course! My boys are tall but they’re solid and on the 75th percentile so they’re doing great on the diet. Does he like avocado? Because this is just a great food to get healthy fat on him, mash it down like guacamole and once he’s used to that you can cut up greens like lettuce or spinach reaaaally fine and mix in it like a salad. I also make my boys smoothies which is a great way to cram in loads of fruit (and sneaky veg) if you want to add my on IG my name is yasminmccann and I’ll add you back and we can swap tips :)
Thank you so much for this piece of art. I really see the huge amount of effort that went into it. This is the best video I know of for vegans giving them the hope back when they´re feeling exhausted and hopeless. Also it is, I think so and will try this, a really good video for nonvegans as first ever source of Info about veganism. It is short, compact, full of all the main reasons to go vegan and it is highly uplifting. Perfect
Vegan Crue - yeah...eventually most people are "fired" and, eventually, most of us become thankful that were were fired (sounds like you already are). All kinds of futures open up for us once we are 'fired' :D Best of luck and enjoy a long xmas season. Helpful hint; almost all companies you'd want to work for put off hiring in November till the new year!!
Drunk Vegan Gal I didn't get fired haha I'm too valuable we're I work I was just excited when I got the alert that this video came out that I couldn't wait till my work day ended to watch the film. So jokingly I said "I'm getting fired today" haha. It was worth the risk I feel so optimistic about a vegan future! Thank you so much for your words of encouragement either way.
Whoo Hoo! Big relief. Geez, humour is hard to communicate sometimes. Glad all's well in your world and hope the encouragement will help those who actually face the "F" word at some point in their lives...

PLANT BASED NEWS I've been looking forward to this, well done!
this really makes me upset b/c i went pescatarian and then vegan over the last year. I had my blood work done 2 weeks ago and i was Vitamin D deficient. Not only was I deficient and having severe pain in my body - I am protein deficient. I almost fell over with upset and confusion.
Hibiscus Heart
Vitamin D does not come from food, it comes from the sun.
PLANT BASED NEWS
Such a good job, and the kid holding the sign at the end truly touched me.
Go vegan!!
awesome Duane! 7 months for me and loving it!
Go Duane! Luv that mind set of yours!! Whoo Hoo!
Great to hear, and luv the positive attitude !
Wow, congratulations!! :)
I’m 6 months and never going back! Yay!!!!!
Vegan for over 32 years! I am 60 years young, my total cholesterol is 141, no drugs or medications for anything! I am 6'3" and weight 180 lbs. Have tons of energy and feel great.
A.L.F. Kuba 🙌🏻👏🏻 love it
I'm only 15 but I've been vegan for almost a year and I'm so glad I did, I was obese and lived constant anxiety and was crying every night, I am now a healthy weight, I'm more confident than I've ever been, I feel excited to cook healthy meals for myself and others, my parents love the things I cook and my dad is trying to at least become vegetarian because he believes he can because I've shown him how bad meat really is.
Burner Fire doesn't your mother give you enough attention?
Burner Fire do emotions scare you? do you need a hug?
For the health
For the animals
For the planet ❤
Update 4 years vegan
Stronger, faster,sharper than ever.
I didn't except to get so many likes.
You guys are awesome ❤
You are an awesome person!
HullZ I don't know if this makes me an awesome person but it definitely makes me better.
Thank you very much I really appreciate it!
You're awesome too!
Wish you all the best!
@The V word
First of all, do you believe that all that verbal slander will make a single vegan change their mind and start believing what you say?
Insulin resistance is less common in a vegan diet compared to others: veganhealth.org/pcrm-study-on-insulin-and-vegan-diets/
HOW DIFFICULT WAS IT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE - THE SHOPPING AND PREPARING ETC
Plants have saved my life
that's really excellent to hear!!!!! The world is waking up to the awesome potential of plant based eating to heal. I wish you a complete recovery!
I'm really glad for you Xx
I'm sorry - are you telling me that veganism cured your MS? I'm not a troll, I'm just deeply shocked. MS is not a dietry disease like diabetes. It cannot be fixed by diet. It sounds like a dodgy diagnoses to me.
Perhaps I'm wrong, and if I am please cite me some sources because my mum's friend has MS and has had it for 35 years.
Kelsey Heston, this brought tears to my eyes. I hope your good health continues.
Good for u...but keep in mind ur right to do is just as important as another's right to do whatever they choose....ur right(s) shouldn't impose on another's rights. A % out here don't seem to get this..yes u have rights, but so do other people as well.
Both my parents turned vegan this week! Huge step! Been vegan myself for 16 months haven't felt better!
following my advice
Oh, I'm so jealous... mine are far more stuborn :(
veeoneeye How did you get them to convert?
Best diet ever - such a difference in energy levels and health. Feel so much better.
amber, i've been telling them the health benefits ever since i started my vegan lifestyle. Took them a long time but they finally listened
I was on the verge of tears throughout this whole video! I'm SO proud to be Vegan!
you must always be proud of yourself dear you are making a huge change, You are powerful.
The idea that I caused the animal abuse for so many years...
me tooo haha ! From 30:00 on....
Turning Vegan was the best decision I ever made in my life 🌱❤️💪🏼 Iam gonna be Vegan for life
Hi , do you think you could send me some links , your favourite videos, tips on how to start etc pls ?
Thank you so so so much ❤️
ellienowak@o2.pl
Your story truely inspired me to go vegan it gave me that extra push
What documentary was that?
Vegan Amal was it the documentary called H. O. P. E? Watch it anyway it's worth it. Available on UA-cam
I'm exactly the same as you. I'm 2 years in with a couple of trip up's along the way. Have never felt better in my entire life. Even when I was exercising most days and eating meat.
28 yr old guy here. went vegetarian for the entire month of this november and plan on going vegan starting December 1st, pray for me
I wont pray for you.....ill cheer for you. Good luck, you wont regret it. Peas.
thank you
Have a lovely vegan breakfast tomorrow and a beautiful, happy, wholesome and guilt-free christmas time.
Lots of love
👏❤
You have got this. I don't know you, but I am very proud of you. Just remember to keep it simple and have fun with it. You have got this, my dude!
There are some days that I get so frustrated with people for not giving a single shit about the animals, their health, or the planet, but videos like this one remind me that the world is progressing and people are making a difference. Thanks for the reminder, this is a beautiful video :-)
Some people need to be lead buddy : )
the change is happening, the sheeple will follow, remember, it took hundreds of years for the west to realise we shouldn't make slaves of people; humans aren't very bright I guess : )
This documentary is so powerful and seriously everyone should watch it. There is literally no excuse for not going vegan. Be on the right side of history!
There's no excuse to go vegan. You're on the wrong side of human history. People are being turned away from vegans by you lot. Eat meat and prosper
Whenever I'm feeling down, whenever I'm judged for being vegan, whenever the only vegan option at a restaurant is french fries I come back to this video to remind myself we are making progress, we are making a difference, and we can change the world!
Katie Matott and whenever is hard, we must remind ourselves how hard really is for non human animals
Their is nothing wrong with French fries everybody loves those their a great treat
Be careful a lot of places fry French fries in animal fat. Or in the same oil they cook chicken.
Kegan Bloxham I always thought they were just made out a smashed potatoes
I want to hug whoever made this
Thanks a lot ^_^
Petter R well done to you : )
Awesome Petter! :-)
“YES”!!! Finally, People are waking up!! 👀!!!!!
Congratz dude , you did good for animals , earth, your health.
53 seconds and I'm already tearing up. You can feel alone on the other side, fighting the good fight in the matrix. But we are not alone. We are growing, and we are touching and awakening hearts one person at a time❤️ #1Love #Peace #AllweNeedisLove
2017 was a PHENOMENAL YEAR for Veganism. It's only gonna get better from here. 😃👌🏼
Britt Natto yep!! :)
You know it!
Britt Natto well said and so true!👍 Do check us out www.ankhrah.com 😇
Britt Natto next Veganism will officially be the worlds most common diet on all levels. I'm sure of this
Haha keep dreaming vegans
What the health changed my life. I’ve been vegan for 1 year now.
I've been vegan for six days now (been vegan before for a month, and my only regret was stopping). :-)
@@SevenEllen letting go of a lifetime of culturalization/normalization is not that easy to do.
Seven Ellen you stayed vegan?
I am watching that one also but mine was earthlings and dominion🙈🌱
Doughboy69 me too! I never thought I would be “vegan” (honestly just from not understanding what it entailed 100%-which will help me to offer the information to whoever wants to know)... but here I am scoping out ALL the vegan docs🤣, 5 days in and I honestly feel amazing. Ate a boiled egg the next morning and for whatever reason- I can’t understand it completely- I gagged and spit it out (after seeing what the health)..
NEVER BEEN MORE PROUD TO BE VEGAN OF TWO AND HALF YEARS. Let's keep it up!!!
Well Done! I live in Wisconsin. I have written Senator Baldwin, but she doesn't listen. I explained to her instead of forcing the public to buy/consume something they are losing interest in and for good reason... the push should be to help existing farmers to change their business model to produce more veg and leave animal products behind!
Rj Aquaponics you just made a fan^^
Yes!
I have been vegan for about 2 months now and I’m shocked at how amazing I feel. This video is AMAZING!
OriginalHuman keep it up the longer you stay vegan the lighter and better you'll feel!! If you have any questions ask me and any other Vegan for support! Thank you for going vegan!!!🤗🤗🤗🎁
Awesome! Stick with it!
I'm 3 months in now and have never felt better in my life! I'm off all medications. No longer diabetic no longer have high blood pressure.
OriginalHuman Same. On December 9th its been 2 months now.
@@lauratransformingvegan3245 amazing
I’m 14 and made fun of and bullied for being vegan everyday but these videos and knowledge make it with while
I'M PROUD OF YOU! Trust me the bullying doesn't matter. I know it might hurt, but you're helping the world and living a better life, you'll find your people
Congrats I'm 11 I've been vegi since 7 people call me animal girl but I don't care
Statistically, you'll live a longer and healthier life than most of the people who bully you. Enjoy it!
I became vegan with 26 years and wish I did it much sooner. I think people that start so early are amazing!
Welcome to the family, young WARRIOR!
Great job I have been vegan for around 18 months and I am 72. Just wish a lot of those ingredients available to the US market would appear in the UK.
Which ingredients in particular?
We've got everything you could ask for in the UK!
I'm not 100% vegan yet due my clothes and makeup choices but I'm getting there.
The original meaning of vegan was what you ate, not what you wear...so you are vegan!
exactly i don't wear leather or fur but my makeup is not " cruelty free" but i eat a wfpb diet really trying to switch
I eat honey, and we have chickens at my house that produce eggs that I'll eat occasionally.
I buy NATIO makeup...cruelty free....:)
Vegan for 4 yrs now nvr going back.
I used to make fun of vegans, now I'm taking the 1st step to becoming 1 of them.
OMGGG tysm your doing great if u need any support you can ask me anything you need to know
Be careful folks, I was vegan for 14 years and this happened (and I did it right): ua-cam.com/video/eLQ_HXkavnI/v-deo.html
We’ve lost a another great soldier, press f to pay respect
Yeah, I thought they were seriously crazy and unhealthy people. I still think some who turn on one another are crazy but being vegan is one of the most clever choices you make for health. Most importantly, no animal deserves a life of complete torture and face an awful death. Why do people want to eat that? I couldn't when I saw it for my own 👀
Same! High five!
Well, I'm still waiting, a fully grown man. Are you still that brainwashed little boy?
Goosebumps... I am crying... the whole world will be vegan one day!
Anna Intrepidus ehm no way in hell.
VEGANIA - ERWACHE
Anna Intrepidus ❤️❤️❤️
Marin 1 i don’t think you watched the video then. watch before you share your opinions!😉😌
Dream on vegans. Please get out of your fantasy world and face reality
This makes me so proud to be part of the movement. 🌱 Vegan is the future
I have been Vegan for 3 months and can't believe that it took me so long to just do it...
Many people say this. I’m sure that’s how I felt when I went vegan.
Same here. The only thing I regret that I haven't made the change a lot earlier.
You still a Vegan?
Only been vegan for a month now and never going back to the old ways. I've never felt better in my life!
YEAHHH!!!
Very emotional watching this😢..... Will watch again. And again. And again....
What a year!! Great production 👌 Here's to an even bigger and better 2018!
Love you guys! Thank you for spreading, love, kindness and light!
+Michaela Azure aww, thanks! 💚
You guys continue to be an inspiration. I watch all your videos and have added my voice to spreading the vegan message. As you say, "Put yourself in the victims shoes." My hope is one day the world will be vegan and all life is honored and respected.

@@thatvegancouple hey guys. I love your videos.
I will be vegan. Thank you, from Japan.
are there any good vegan documentaries you would recommend for japanese who don't know english? Most don't have japanese subtitles, thanks a lot
Chrises Hi! It’s not a documentary but it’s a lecture: ua-cam.com/video/es6U00LMmC4/v-deo.html
(Highly recommend! And it had Japanese subtitles)
“Eat your fruits and vegetables they’re good for you.” Tell them you’re a vegan - everybody loses their minds. 🍎🍊🍒🥦🥥🍓🍠🥕🌽🌶🥑🍍🍇🍉🥝
Exactly!?
LOL LOL LOL!!
I feel you. Just... so much^^
I'm cautiously optimistic at the best of times and this is such a time :)
Dante Consonero ❤️❤️❤️
Until forty years ago this planet was in good condition. Then someone created a pill, B12 and fucked it up.
7 day vegan challenge changed and saved my life...I look and feel great...thank goodness for social media:)
A seven day fast is good for you.
Vegetarian for twelve years watching this. . . I think this documentary is going to help me make my switch to vegan. ❤️ Thank you for helping to spread truth and love!
Did you make the switch?
Every handful of soil hold more living things than there are human being on the earth. Machines are killing it every time they turn it and worse still chemicals are making sure it stays dead. Only animals make soil. Vegans are wiping out this planet. Look out.
To my fellow Vegan and vegetarian friends we're chipping away aren't we? Sometimes I just feel like giving up. I see such awful things and I feel like we take two steps forward, but one step back. The meat and dairy industry is not going to go down without a fight! they r a multi billion dollar industry, Yet, we need to keep fighting, the animals are depending on us, our children are depending on us, the Earth is depending on us!! keep fighting the good fight my friends
❤❤
I feel proud being able to name every doctor and activist in this video.
over 2 years vegan. 37 and best shape of my life.
At 76, I've been vegan 2 1/2 years. Cholesterol went from 179 to 138. Cracked heels are gone. Film well done.
Wow good for you! I just became vegetarian 2 years ago and now I’m trying to go vegan:) I’m 14
Never too early, never too late.
I became a vegan 5 months ago. It was about a week after my first daughter was born and I saw a documentary about a dairy farm. I could not bear the sight of those poor babies being separater from their mothers that Ibwebt vegan instantly!
マリア岸田 well done!!!
So ... 5 years later, are you still vegan?

Thanks - means a lot ^_^
CK C Please tell everyone your story......The animals N E E D you 😰😨😱
Do you mind saying which video you were watching?
My first day vegan was January 20th, 2017. I have eaten vegan every single day since and can no longer imagine ever eating animals again. I no longer buy product unless they are vegan including my clothing and my beauty products. It is the best thing I have ever done.
how can clothing be vegan, i do understand beauty products but clothes! i myself are heading toward veagn at this time
CJ Luckey vegans don't eat or use animal products- some clothing has leather, which is not vegan, since it's made from animal hide. 😛🐝
I hope this might have helped a little!
Now it's 5 years later, are you still vegan?
I’ve been vegan for a few months and have lost 45 pounds & have never felt better 🌱
Tanith C. Good job!🤗
Maybe because you're starving yourself and not getting any protein.
Hey, are you still vegan?
This must have taken so long to collect all this information and edit. So encouraging to see veganism on the rise and so many new documentaries to educate people. Thanks so much PBN for your tireless efforts and all your vids throughout 2017 you guys are amazing ✌️
I'm 53years old & have been a Vegetarian since the age of 9, & have now become a Vegan six months ago😎

Well? Are you still vegan?
I wouldn't have thought a fully grown man would fall into such a stupid brainwashing trick as a film like this. Don't tell me you're still a vegan.
So ... 4 years later, are you still vegan?
THANK YOU!
i have not ate meat for 24 yrs but in 2018 i will be going full vegan.amazing video
I pity you. You used to have a brain.
Wow..things are really moving. 2018 will break more records....thanks Klaus for this brilliant film

I have been Vegan for two months now, I love it and have found the transition easy. 😻🍏 my three year old ate tofu for the first time today.. happy mummy!!
Are you still vegan?
2018. My New Year’s resolution was to only do things that brought me joy. Eating animals doesn’t bring me joy and I already hated dairy... so it was like automatically became vegan this year. Two months in, I’ve never looked or felt better in my entire life. Never going back.
I am in the process of being a vegan :)
me too!!
Plant-Based Recipes same

thanks for tuning in!
@@pepper419 I have woken up I have woken up and become vegan. For about four years.
Brilliant video. As someone who has 3-4 nights a week of Vegan meals I'm very enthusiastic about going full time Vegan in the near future
If I ever struggle I've just got to remind myself that it's not just about my taste buds or cravings it's about the world, the lives of billions of animals (including humans) and my body.
you can do it! your making a difference!
Bob Flavin c
Bob, you will never regret going vegan! :)
The highlight of my year!
I’ve been vegan for a while now and never want to go back. But I know my family will never ever change. And they think I’m just being ignorant and just listening to everything on the internet you know
Olive Shupe show them the video
lol cause its true😂
this is sooo exciting, 16 years ago people didn't even know what vegan was, I spent so many years being attacked and discriminated against and watching animal ag dragging veganism through the mud, many years I felt hopeless and angry at the entire human race, as many of my fellow vegan ara's did, years of deep depression and withdrawal but we stood firm and kept speaking the truth and now times they are a changin ;o) what a privilege and great honor to be a part of this history making movement. Until EVERY CAGE IS EMPTY!!! we WILL persist!
meat is tasty and you will never make me stop eating it so stop
Are you vegan?
Smashed it once again x
Timothy Ⓥ yeah!
Word Up!!
Loved watching VEGAN 2016, and now watching this years film is absolutely incredible. Great job guys.
OMG thank you so much, I've been waiting for this for ages! Thanks for helping to spread the message...the truth is becoming undeniable 😊✌🏼🌱
Start growing your own food, give back to nature as she gives to us, give your poop and pee back to nature this is how we can grow our food and never be ashamed because you are what you eat 💚💪🏽
Plant based Lifestyle I will change my children’s life.
im a meat eater but i have to say with tears in my eyes.thank you for having so much energy to fight this huge monster.i never got sick but i can feel and hear my bone cracking and my joinds hurting me.i'm having war here with me family about this.i'm trying my self to become vegan and i want to be 100% raw vegan.but it's the gmo is what i fear now.
Royal Regatta you can do it!
IF you are worried about GMO buy Organic foods. I had the same fears and now i"m quit proud that i don't get all those pesticides in my food.
OC123 1938 Baby steps. You can totally do it. 💛
Thank you for making this a credible video. It isn't just the opinion of a few, it is scientific-based evidence. Great film!!
Vigilant Vegan actually cooked starches are what made me healthy along with many raw plants
You are right but we are talking about getting people to stop eating animal products. Many people do not care about their health and eating processed vegan food will at least help the animals and the planet!
Vigilant Vegan word
Dude, cook your squash. Cook your carrots. Cook your potatoes. For crying out loud, cook your beans. Cook your collards. Cook your sweet potatoes.
Are you vegan? Waiting for an anwer?
...and people thought I was crazy going vegan...23 years ago =)
Wooh. Hats off to you Sir!
Me too, 25 years ago... My mother said that I would die if I continued to be Vegan :-D LOL
Smart move better living ,
I'm 5 years Vegan
Nice! I cant wait to say that..in another 22 years
As a current meat eater this made me 😢. I need to make a change.❤
afenismama awesome. You can do it!!
Scrappy Velazquez humane? Lol what a joke
Be vegan
I live for the annual release of the past year’s achievements. This video gives me life! Thank you.
Thanks!
This makes me feel so much more positive about the future. Change is happening. Great to see all of these stories curated together.
I went Vegan a month ago n never looked back .
I'm 5 years Vegan ,feeling Healthy,
You made the best move in life ?
Take care
Great show but a big issue I think needs more attention is Dairy milk in Public Schools, especially High Schools. More then half of it is wasted, my son told me at his high school almost no one drinks it and doesn't even understand why its still served. When I was at my daughters elementary school I noticed the same and cartons were thrown away that weren't even open. They don't even have Juice as an option just Milk or Chocolate milk which is rediculous.
Me and my channel are going plant based! So excited and happy to have this knowledge💚👍🏻
can't wait to watch this, great work : )
Cheap Lazy Vegan hey, you're famous!
Cheap Lazy Vegan i love you so much!!❤️❤️❤️
Love your channel girl!
Love you C L V 💪👍
So happy for you. Well done! Hope there are more parents like you. :)
I’m two weeks on vegan diet 💪, just watching this movie make me more determined to stay on it ,
yesssss, you still vegan!!!
I hope your still vegan??
Well, are you still vegan, did it work out for you?
YES TO THIS WHOLE VIDEO OH MY GOD. IVE NEVER BEEN SO IN LOVE WITH A FILM BEFORE. ALL HAIL PLANT BASED NEWS!!!!!
Perfect
Just fantastic. Thank you. Let’s do better for 2018!
Alliyance on team ;)
I'm getting fired today! Watching this at work Haha!!! I've been waiting for this! Christmas comes early!!!
Vegan Crue Never mind it's a life of revolving doors and greater things are about to happen for you!🤗🙏😇
Ankh Rah you’re absolutely right! And thank you.
