What's amazing is how much research was put into this video and how the Goras were able to find Kachoris and Paye in Karachi, that too in Orangi Town (I haven't been there, I've been living in KHI since the last 27 years). They aren't just going to the famous places, they are exploring and finding out awesome places where we haven't even been to. Kudos to Max and Chris, they are doing splendid work!
Well biharis don't eat paye with kachori it's just someone starting this in orangi town because I am bihari and never been to orangi neither my relatives live there nor I have seen someone in my life eating paye with kachori.

Original Cham cham is made in tangail district of Bangladesh . I have had it when I visited tangail . The taste of it is incredible . It is also found in capital Dhaka but taste is not like the tangails one .

This is the first time i saw Bhashani Sweets in my life. I have been surviving on their Bangali Rasgullay (Dhaka Cham Cham) ever since i left Karachi in 1993. We had no Bangali Rasgullay in Islamabad and i kept pushing all the sweets shops, referring them about Bhashani, asking them to bring Bangali Rasgullay to Islamabad. Finally, perhaps it was 2006 when i saw it in Rawalpindi Fresco sweets and then Eman Dhaka Sweets also started.

Try Mutton Karahi at Frontier Restaurant at Boat Basin Clifton Karachi it will definitely blow your mind. Also try Katakat from Cafe Laziz at Burns Road, that’s also a big treat to taste
Gora means a white person Balochi is someone who is from Balochistan.. So balochi gora means (a white person of Balochistan). {White person-someone with white skin tone}
Pakistan has 5 provinces Blochistan , k.p.k , Punjab ,Sindh ,Gilgat baltistan . So people from That province called Balochi ( Punjabi ,Sindhi etc ) Gora is a word which mean white person and it also use for white people (England) etc .

FYI, Azad Bun Kabab opposite Fresco Sweet on Burns road is the best Bun Kabab. Waheed’s Dhaaga (thread) Kabab is perfection and better than the derivative Kabab Fry (in my opinion). The Kabab fry is made by taking the original Kabab and frying it in a gallon of oil :). No point in improving on perfection. Their Nihari is also one of the best in Karachi. And dont forget their Beef and Chicken Boti - even better than that Malai Boti! Puri is amazing especially with boti and dhaaga Kabab but sheermal for me all the time with their kababs. And plain naan and roti for Kabab fry. Finally, always end the night with Rabri dessert from Delhi Rabri House next door.

Hey Max! I like your videos of Pakistan. Both of you have great content. Avoid too much oil though, before you clog your arteries. The oil in northern areas is okay cz they use animal fat for karahi and whatnot. But the rest of the country uses processed vegetable canola oils. Stay safe!

There are two type of Korma, in pakistan it’s yogurt/tomato base and is spicy. In India/Bangladesh and uk most places add cream so it’s milder

Hey Max! I like your videos of Pakistan. Both of you have great content. Avoid too much oil though, before you clog your arteries. The oil in northern areas is okay cz they use animal fat for karahi and whatnot. But the rest of the country uses processed vegetable canola oils. Stay safe!

The sound at 7:40 is all of a sudden so loud .. D:/ ... do you edit in Premiere Pro? I find that the whole adobe editing suite is riddled with so many bugs and errors -- often times it just, by itself and without any keyframing, begins to increase volume à l'infini.
