Yeah based on these reviews and numbers in them, the AOC looks same or even better to me, response time similar or better because of 180 hz (2 cells (5.6) are very close to the refresh window (5.56) so its more like 70% at 180hz and few more are not far), contrast is better 1250 vs 900, can use mprt while gsync.. only cons I noticed satured colors in standard mode, but you can use sgrb mode, and that input lag isnt 0.0 when you cant use the low input lag mode under gsync... 1x HDMI vs 2x HDMI
@@TotallydubbedHD Thank you for your quick response!
I noticed that the F version features a Fast IPS panel compared to the standard IPS on the AOC Q27G4X. Would that make the F version more suitable for FPS gaming?
I'm currently searching for a monitor primarily for PS5 gaming, where low input lag is crucial for high-level competitive play. While picture quality is important, it doesn't need to be the absolute best.
With that in mind, do you think the AOC Q27G4XF would be a good alternative, and potentially better than the AOC Q27G4X?
Thanks in advance!
@@masehierazai8094 no idea, not tried it so can't comment.
@@TotallydubbedHD
I see.
Which monitor would you recommed the most for FPS gaming on the PS5?
@@masehierazai8094 I don't game on console but this one on review is good across the board for the price.
Thanks for the video. What would you recommend, this or AOC Q24G2A. I only play Apex Legends, and when you're 64, your eyesight isn't the best. Thanks in advance.
Well a larger monitor would naturally be a better pick if your eyesight isn't the best. 24" will make everything look sharper though (better ppi).
i have a 144 fps fhd monitor and i want a 2nd one do you recommend?
@@ix41 suggest watching the video and making your own informed decision!
It rx 5700xt can good pair with this monitor?
@@Heheee0 suggest looking up the GPU review
"Accept 4K signal input" could you elaborate ? didn't really understand.
Takes a 4K signal and converts it to 1440p. I'd suggest looking it up online (TFT Central has a great article on fake 4k signal)
Does the monitor have HDMI 2.1 ?
Did you watch the video? No, just 2.0
Does someone know if this Monitor works fine with a Macbook pro 2021?
Why wouldn't it?
@@TotallydubbedHD Cause i had a problem with a Monitor from another brand and i was courious if this monitor got the same problems.
@@OnkelFolie and what problem was that lol?
between all the aoc monitors that you have tested wich one do you recommend? give me 2 options, if possible 27 inches!
That's quite a generic question - suggest watching my best gaming monitor video for my top picks.
@@TotallydubbedHD i know, but im just asking an opinion since AOC is gonna replace my Q27G2S , for another a 32 inch monitor but its too big for me, and i can suggest another one on that price range. And i was wondering wich one would you recommend (i watched your Q27G3XMN video) but i dont know if its a good option or if you have another opinion
@@Dakhanavar99 again, go watch my roundup and go from there.
I hate it when brand use different SKU between region. Here there is Q27G4 non X instead. They said the only difference is base stand, but i doubt that. It even still use old ugly OSD compared to new OSD used in the X version.
Yeah, it's frustrating for reviewers like myself too!
do u recomment this better than viewsonic vx2728J?@@TotallydubbedHD
i have a Q27G4 non X and i think its missing feature like MBR since its grayed out.
I turned off all VRR and HDR. it is still grayed out
@@user-lj3zz5hd8g you need to disable adaptive sync to use MBR
Hey this monitor is really acting weird for me. For example it turns dark randomly very often and it displays whites SUPER white often times aswell as when streaming for friends it will show all whites BLINDINGLY bright for them but normal for me what could cause that ? i would not recommend the Monitor AT ALL its katastrophic for me
That's very odd, you don't happen to have HDR or some sort of odd setting going on?
@@TotallydubbedHD I do have hdr activate as if I dont have it on my screen is super grey and literally doesnt have alot of color but yeah
@@razeik5.088then that's HDR doing its thing without you knowing about how to use it. No offence lol
@@TotallydubbedHD yyes it seems so the problem was actaually in the windows settings where i basically had 2 hdrs activated. however do you mind explaining what exactlxy hdr is and does and when to use it ?

does it have speakers?
in video u said no
but a lot of company says it has
and if it doesnt why it got sound settings in its osd?
Because of the 3.5mm jack.
@@TotallydubbedHD that's what it has me confused
A lot of company in my computer write that it has speakers so I really idk
@@moh-rd4mm they're wrong or you're looking at a different model.
@@TotallydubbedHD in Sweden 3 websites wrote, that Q27g4x qhd has speakers 😅 I guess they just wrong but I couldn't find official info that confirms this
@@moh-rd4mm well, I would rather trust a reviewer with 250+ monitor videos than a retailer lol.
But as mentioned, it might be a different model. You can always look at the manufacturer's website for more info.
did this model "q27g4x" have a speaker inside?

There's no such thing as a perfect monitor. Maybe perfect for You, but not in overal.
Every display/panel technology has their own share of drawbacks.
Maybe you can share what (gaming) monitor you chose instead.
