2023 was the year where I noticed that I needed to increase my resiliency and discipline. It was a tough year filled with so much unpredictability. Despite that, I want to be loyal to my habits, and be like more like a rock, still consistent despite the urges and chaoes around me.

2023 was the year that I attended so many concerts and shows for fun, by myself! I attended at least 9 different concerts or shows this past year. I saw Janet Jackson, Beyoncé, Ed Sheeran, The Jonas Brothers, Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire, Pittbull, Enrique Iglesias, and Ricky Martin in NYC!
2023 was the year that I transformed myself into this new person,despite this I continued to have doubts about my self worth and my physical beauty..This way of thinking persisted throughout the year leading to me still desiring a positive beginning.I have now learnt that my physical well-being is just as important as my mental well-being,I now hold my mental worth in high consideration as I believe it will assist me in having a joyful year❤❤

The Q (what did I learn in 2023) I wrote 2 pages then I found that already replied the 2 other next prompts in that prompt 😅 once I started writing I couldn’t stop😂 , I went from what did I learn to how it Made me evolve in so many ways and that I’m so grateful for going through this whole journey and experiences ( I had no Idea I had so many things to write and to express gratitude for I felt so many emotions while writing from crying to feeling proud to nearly loosing hope in humanity but then thinking about god and his mercy, like WOAH this is crazy this is my first time sitting and reflecting in the past year and I can’t be more thankful for doing it ) ❤ thank you lavendaire ❤
2023 was the year I challenged myself to get out of my comfort zone and try new things scared but excited.

2023 was the deciding year for me which decided the university i am going in , a lot of stuff happened this year i gave the exam for universiy enterance unfortunately couldn't attend,the one i dreamt of but i still got into a university which is not bad i am preparing for the enterance exam again and i wish i get into iit (my dream university) along with giving my college exam, in one sentence a year of decision,regret and lots of learnings
hoping 2024 to be the year when my dream and aim come true i become sucessful and happy and make my family proud'
2023 was the year that I lost both my grandpa and my grandma, it was the year when I changed my academic major to something I am more comfortable with, and it was the year when I started taking my learning for the Chinese language more seriously(btw if anyone interested in learning Chinese let's study together), it was the year when I started realizing myself more, it was the year when I moved to a city that I have never planned I will come to.
I learned in 2023 that we can lose anyone anytime, and sometimes we won't have a chance to say goodbye, so value people you love more, see them speak to them have time with them, and love them before it is too late.
I just recvd my journal and am so excited... I'm up to #62 on my bucket list!! And you are so right, if someone comes into your program, any program, thinking they know it all, then they will miss the opportunity to learn more. I love learning and discovering new ways to perform old tasks. I would love to know more about how to manage your to-do list!! Everyone has a to-do list and if they are like most of us....we carry a lot of to-dos into the next day, week, months!! The list becomes endless. But back to the journal....I love the look and feel of the journal. The headings are so though-provoking! 2024 is going to be my best year yet and I love having this journal to harness my ideas and objectives!! Thank you!

2023 was the year that I self isolated myself/stayed in my room for this whole entire year, self discovery, learning and watching your videos, learning about my Starseed origin, learning about my numerology and astrology charts, being kind of lazy, complaining, self doubting, being too hard on myself and judging and making hurtful comments to my family and their partners/husband. I keep on choosing to repeat everything over and over again, no wonder why I am not moving forward in my life, not taking any actions.

@@annoar9776 Thank you! Maybe I already improved/changed because I’m not the same person that I was a kid, and a teenager. I feel like I am very calm, matured. I still have no idea what I want to in my life. All I do is mainly sit in my room all day scrolling through my phone, watching UA-cam videos, and doing my daily routines all day long/every single thing.

@@annoar9776 Okay, thank you. Nowadays I always keep asking people questions, when they offer me things to do I end up not accepting it. Am I all of the things that my family and friends perceive me as? I feel like people are annoyed at me because I talk too much/asking them too many questions.

A positive habbit of this year was to remove all the people from my life who degrad me and i considered them as my friends but i learn to leave those toxic friends and got the courage to live my life by myself I m more confident about my self then before I always had a fear to that if my toxic friend leave me i would be very alone lonely but i fight with it I leave them in past and started a very good life and make good friends that make me comfortable and learn that my bf is always there for me no matter how hard things go between us

2023 was the year that I gained my independence when starting university and it was the year that I reflected upon almost every facet of my life. For me this is the happiest I have felt in nearly a decade and I'm really excited for what is to come. I genuinely believe in myself and I think that's the greatest thing I've achieved in 2023 :)

2023 was the year that I became stronger, learnt to overcome fear, learnt to spend money wisely on necessary things, accepting my emotions that I have suppressed(from a long time I think😅), met my friends and my family members, doings the things that I love for myself(basically making myself happy😅), learnt to choose which people I value and keep them in my social circle, joined this community at Discord(the best...), learnt to control time on gaming(only 2hrs) as entertainment, confident to speaking strangers😅...

2023 was the year that I cut old ties and leave room for people who would ‘see’ me. The cut was painful, because I somehow prioritize social connections waaayyy too much🙈. But I’ve learnt a lot more about how my childhood and family had shaped me, and what I would rather cherish. I have discovered a new friend who has been there for a long time but we never really connected. It’s nice to have at least one person who is trying to figure out the same spiritual emotional stuff

I'm proud to consider 2023 as my best year so far, it feels like everything has been going right and I've managed all that I desire I love your guided meditations Aileen I've been meditating consistently every morning I've spent so much quality time with my friends and family, I went on a European trip this summer and visited 10 countries but I feel like my theme for 2024 will be health and connection deeply with my inner self and intuition because my health hasn't been at it's absolute best I'm actually not feeling really well right now but it's not all my fault I'm going all that is in my power to protect myself I guess my immune system is not really strong but it's a thing that I'm definitely going to do my best to improve in the new year
