That is why 2PM are "beast idols" because they are super athletic. You should see them perform "Go Crazy" live. They are very tired after performing this song because they literally go non-stop from beginning to end. And yes, jumping on one leg is a major workout -- it's even really hard for them to keep doing.
The Go Crazy party version MV is more wild, and their practice video is my favorite one of theirs. They go crazy freestyle partway through 😆 Jun. K, the songwriter and producer, told the other members they could let loose a bit, and they certainly did! Their live stages are lots of fun too.

Actually they said themselves that performing this song was super tiring for them cause they even go crazier during live performances than the mv itself.

This was one of my first KPOP songs I ever listened to and it has a special place in my heart. I love 2PM! Honestly, this whole entire album that this song is on is fire, so if you wanna give that a listen in your spare time, I encourage it. Their b-sides always hit and no one ever talks about them.
