How To Write a Winning Diversity Essay for Business School

In the summer of 2022, the admissions world changed radically. Affirmative action was overturned by the Supreme Court and suddenly, admissions officers could no longer consider race in their admissions. But, MBA admissions committees are still committed to creating a diverse class, not because they are seeking to be social engineers but because diversity makes the class discussion far more rich and because diversity begets diversity.
