I think that's highly dependent on your CARS score as well as your knowledge background from your prerequisite classes. It also depends on what you consider high-yield, i.e. where your cutoff is for what you consider high-yield. The best way to assess your potential score is to take a AAMC practice exam, one of which is free on their website: students-residents.aamc.org/prepare-mcat-exam/free-planning-and-study-resources .
