It kinda looks like HI3 and HSR animations have fused into one with arlecchino: both fu hua and arle have red wing(s), and both arle and acheron have a moon.

For me, cyno had the best looking burst
personally i would pick hi3 ult..close second would be genshin with hsr being last....my reasoning is genshin looked same amazing as hi3 one but was shorter so felt like it was cut short...while hsr at least in this video felt like it was 10fps laggy mess...

Hi3 burst look better because there nothing else to do but spam ur attack on a boss and is a solo game. Hsr is turn based,a burst can look fancy but most people will skip it with x2 speed anyway lol
