5 to 10ml . It actually depend on the quantity of the cream you are promixing and also the number of oil you want to use for promixing.

Oh dear! It's two things queen.it happens when the product is fake or it's too harsh for your skin.sometimes white dots goes away on it own.but just incase it doesn't for next time stop the product and use pure coconut oil,then you can go back to the product if you wish k
