Surely this takes away any doubt that El Gran Senor didn't stay a mile and a half . He beat a future Coronation Cup and Arc winner , Rainbow Quest , with absolute contempt .

In fairness El Gran Senor was ridden to get the trip this time, and Eddery didn't hit the front too soon.
