Hi Joe from Australia. Love your vids. Im 59yo and on a waiting list for double complete knee replacement. Recently my doctor recommended PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma). I went ahead and got it injected into both my knees. Instantly I could walk with absolute no pain, something I have put up for years. 2 weeks down the track, I'm jogging, no bone rubbing and movement like a young person. 1000% recommend it!!!
Just by making these videos you've moved your second death more than you'll ever realize. You've inspired countless viewers to pursue topics that they may have otherwise ignored. They could make incredible breakthroughs and would owe it all to you. Hmmmm
To be fair, if you really want to kill someone you should not wrap them in a thick hemp carpet before firing small calibre pistols at them, that's less likely to kill them and more likely to just make them grumpy and bleeding.
Totally agree with you about people who say they don't want to live longer or forever. Like dude, do you know how many books, music, people, food, experiences there are out there? If you took away the pressure to have to choose and be selective within your lifetime about which activities you were going to partake in and simply got to just try things out as they came with no thought of 'Am I wasting my time with this or that?', it would be pure joy.
I am greatly interested in life-extension/healthy immortality. My biggest fear is when someone does come up with something along these lines...will they share it? You come up with a pill that makes people live 'forever' and that is something that either EVERYONE gets...or we end up with wealthy people paying HUGE amounts while the rest of humanity gets nothing. I am eager and worried...which actually sums up my feelings about the future in most topics :)
I think everybody will get this because of interests. 1) For the company that sells these pill it is better to get i.e. 100 bucks from every person per year than only i.e. 1 billion per year from only 100 persons. They want peofit. 2) Without family or friends I would think those people would feel lonely because the human is a social individual. 3) If this person is a misanthropist than I think we would not get this medicine. These are all my personal opinions. 🙂
In all honesty, I think many of us will live for hundreds, or even thousands of years. The thing is, the longer you hold out, the more technologies you can live to see. Even if a technology only makes you last until 150, you will live to find some that can push it further.
Or Perhaps LED (Death Escape Duration), since it's less of a speed issue and more a time issue, pushing out the time till you die until it become effectively a non issue, more so if we use mind uploading to keep redundant backups of ourselves, preferably synchronized with each other frequently or even near constantly, somehow marking the sources as separate so that I never miss anything any of me do, the only part to figure out is if it would be the central me with multiple bodies or avatars, or a gestalt / Council of me deciding what the multiple me's do... on a sidenote, I may have watched ghost In The Shell stuff a bit too much maybe
Nah. Maybe some will last a few hundred years, but I doubt everyone will be able to. Do you just think I can get a shot to add more time to my life and then science will keep creating shots? You have to remember there is a lot of evil... The food we eat is probably poisoned, they're going to try and keep it that way. To a lesser extent, that's just say junk food. It's going to be a battle to take that away, but if we could, our life spans would increase.
There is already a company researching rapamycin for dogs. It probably works for humans too. But even if it works the lifespans of humans are dogs are just too far off for that to be possible.
And we love you ! Greatest channel ever ! Comedy, Science, and a little bit of everything else going on in the world just to shake things up, it’s never boring. Call me an ass kisser but you are by far the best UA-camr I’ve ever watched and I’ve been watching UA-cam since about two years after it came out. Love your content ! UA-cam was starting to bore me before I found this channel. I’ll end this nearly stalking comment with thanks for all your hard work ! I’ll support then channel when I can fit it in to my finances. Thanks again.
Sad but true, no one gets off this rock alive, unless maybe you go to Mars with Elon Musk, and die there, or on the way. Burial in deep space is sort of, shall we say, a "romantic" notion! You see a lot of it in sci fi movies and I always say to myself, "not a bad way to end, floating in space forever". An "immortality of sorts" I guess.
We are approaching the true philosophers stone. Scientist are now starting to look exactly where they should. Ancient alchemists living through the modern scientists.
Nanobots sound awesome. I'm definitely down to make my own stem cells and fix myself too! I want to live forever so bad and loved this video. Thanks Joe
Do you want to live tomorrow? Yep. Tomorrow do you want to live the day after tomorrow? Yep. I see no reason why this won't continue forever, barring some kind of tortured existence like chronic extreme pain or the like.
A scientist praised it once! Saying it makes him think clear. Which is true when you make it a few days. I think it was the father of medicine, hypocracies or something. It repairs cells and flushes toxins. It also humbles you.
Nick Murphy Sometimes toxic substances can be sequestered in your fat. Forcing ketosis and releasing those toxins once a month could intermittently stress your liver and kidneys. Also, depending on the substance sequestered and the amount released all at once, it could kill you.
I love IF but same as Xen Anon said I pretty much do it because I'm poor. I do target the foods I do eat too be healthy so that is intentional. I actually found the great health benefits of fasting to be incredibly true. From 21 to about 25 I lived an incredibly stressful and unhealthy life. I started seeing grey hairs, wasn't in great shape etc. But when I started fasting I obviously got into better shape but most amazing was that my hair turned back. I still don't have any grey hairs left to this day and now I'm 32 an age when you might start to expect to see them
In the 1980's I was in my mid to late thirties and I took a science and technology course from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. In that class, we had a lecture by a medical research Dr. who stated that medical research professionals were convinced that death was a disease that could be cured and significant Life Extention might well happen within 20 years. It is now 39 years later and it hasn't happened yet. The important thing to remember is that a major breakthrough could happen tomorrow or in 50 years we just do not know. I hope that breakthrough will come sooner rather than later. I am closer to the current end of my life than to the beginning.
I respect your rant at the beginning. I never understood how anyone expects to be bored of life. There is SO much to do it would take thousands upon thousands of years to do it all. Not to mention the simple pleasures that are always pleasant, like eating good food.
UnknownXV boredom is being stuck in your body for that long, without some sort of transhumanisn what would be the point? There will be less and less novel experiences available until they all become a mundane chore.
Do you have cryonics insurance set up as a backup? Def recommend. Aubrey is awesome, probably will be viewed as worlds biggest hero once aging is cured.
Matthew Thompson Aubrey de Grey is chief science officer at Sens.org Research Foundation and a gorram hero. There are some of his awesome talks on UA-cam.
These videos need to be longer, Joe. I feel there's so much more you can be telling us. I'd even be willing to wait longer between videos, what with these life extension breakthroughs and all.
Thank you, Joe. Very interesting video. Could you, please, update this topic? I'd love to see people, including myself, live longer and healthier. 120-140 years at least, up to 200.
The more I learn about where technology is going, the more I want to live to see it. I want to live to see space travel, cures for the incurable, to see all the solutions and problems facing us in the future. I guess I want to see where humanity goes, and I can't be guaranteed that if I die.
Oh Joe, we'll always remember you. I'm kidnapping babies right now and forcing them to watch your show. So they won't forget you, and fingers crossed, the cycle of abuse I start will continue indefinitely and by 2250 youll be God. Just to be clear, I have not kidnapped anyone and as much as I love this channel, I'll probably forget about it in a few years because, you know, drugs.
I know this is years late but my great aunt is 94 in 2021. She still drives, she lives alone, she volunteers with seniors helping them do their taxes and manage their affairs, I swear she is immortal already.
The whole subject of life extension and staying biologically young is something I have been reading about for nearly 12 years, and I am all for it. Aubrey de Grey is the first person in the field I learned about, so I do lean towards his work. Technology I also find promising was not listed: gene therapy, lead by Liz Parrish ad her company BioViva. She has taken a few gene therapies and they have shown great promise. I am young enough to be able to benefit from these therapies when they arrive. I want the option that in say 300 years, my friends and I can still get together, go to the renaissance festival or our favorite Irish pub. Or hike through Valles Marineris on Mars.
Thanks so much for being as entertaining as you are about science topics and other "geeky" stuff. I've seen everything you've made and turned on a bunch of other people to your site (I'm a high school teacher). I talked my med. provider into giving me metformain for a year plus even though I'm not diabetic (or pre) when I saw the data. I'm a long distance runner who eats healthy to a T. I'm always interested in any studies and/or your humorous take on anything having to do with health/life extension. Yea, I completely want to be hiking the Colorado Trail when I'm 110 just like you. Being alive today is incredibly awesome!
You have convinced me to try intermittent fasting. All these other methods of life extension are in the future (aside from metformin, which requires a prescription), but fasting I can do right now.
yea the "what if i get bored" argument also does not sit right with me. I sometimes get bored, but that does not mean i want to kill myself. Updated: corrected spelling mistake
THANK you! I've met plenty of bored teenagers, but I don't see anybody suggesting that life beyond twenty would be unbearable. Except the book _Logan's Run,_ and even there the movie upped it to thirty.
Probably we would have to replace life sentence by placing max limit sentencing say thousand years or maybe less. Anyway nobody should break the law or they are going to get in prison for very long.
@Eddie Venkman Yes, folks who get bored easily have no "imagination", or valuable (to society) skills, they exist as they are so no amount of life extension would interest them, not even another year or two. Others, like scientists, have an endlessly fascinating life and they could accomplish a lot for themselves or "humanity" with more time to do it. Basically comes down to a worthless meaningless existence versus a life of accomplishment. Or, you simply will be rich enough to get another 200 years if you want it. My bet is on the last scenario, at least at first if life extension becomes a reality. So kiddies, go to school, get a good job and save your money if you want to not just up and croak out when you are 80 or so!
@@pawelzybulskij3367 Placing them in prison is a waste of money. That's not really punishment. Torture my be a good form of punishment and some people might come out a day later really being very sorry for their actions. Others it might take a couple of days but in the end it's more cost efficient. Except, there are people with mental issues that are incapable of feeling sorrow or remorse like psychopaths and others with brain injuries... These people would need help not punishment.
Love your channel… But that shirt is just to “godly“ for me, if you know what I mean, which you should. Your channel is perhaps the most informative channel I have ever experienced and I don’t mean only through UA-cam. You answer questions that have lingered in my mind that require so much research, I just can’t take the time. You are an encyclopedia (if you remember what that was) that I don’t have to search through, because every page has the answers to my questions. Thanks Joe and I expect in due time to become another Patron.
The nanobots are definitely promising, I mean just think about all of the experiments that could be done on single cells or even DNA, with that much control and precision to get loads of useful results, and then we could work up through different animals and then eventually confirm this for humans, this would be revolutionary.
I lived in Durham and went to the University of Durham in England and they are doing some mighty good stuff when it comes to sickness and age and death.
I'm on board with most everything that was mentioned. Most likely, it will be a combination of modalities that keeps us chugging along. So, good job in delivering such exciting information in an easily understandable way!
At 9:26 you say free radicals are ions... they are not. A free radical is just a molecule with an unpaired valence electron, it doesn't have a charge like a ion does. Sorry if I'm being pedantic, it's still a great video : )
Ineffable Red to be more accurate, radicals may or may not have charge. It is wrobg to say that radical is an ion, but it is equally wrong to say that radical cannot have charge. Radical-anions or radical-cations are still radicals.
This is true but radical ions are not the "free radicals" talked about in regards to human health which he is referring to in this video. But I take you point, I should have been more clear.
+Ineffable Red True story: as I was editing this I realized I said the word ions and thought to myself, "I don't know if that's technically accurate or not. I'm sure someone's going to call me out on it..." So you get the gold star. 😉
Great video. But must mention David Sinclair in this list. He’s one of the foremost authorities out of Harvard and his work with NMN is showing great progress.
@David Igwe I mean the determination remains to be seen. Who knows if you get tired after 500 years? nobody knows because nobody has lived that long. I more meant that no matter what, you can still be killed by a random accident, and even if those accidents are extremely unlikely over the course of forever they are bound to happen eventually. Also, the earth will eventually be destroyed, the universe will eventually end etc etc. True immortality is impossible. Everyone will die sooner or later.
Thanks Joe, very thought provoking. Seems like you have invested a bunch of thought into this subject.....long before this video. Yes life is awesome! I want to know about everything! Keep up the great work.👍👊👏
The small minority of people who think everyone should die should be ignored. If they want to die, fine, but they have no right to be telling other people they need to die. Why can't people worry about themselves and leave others alone.
The one question I have about things like uploading your consciousness or whatever is that like... how would you know it’s YOU. Like, I know that I’m me because I perceive everything that I do, essentially, but how would we make sure that it wasn’t just a copy of us but our actual core of perception, our actual consciousness. Like, that’s the worry I have here, like yeah, a version of me could live forever, but if I’m not perceiving it what good does that do me?
Time restricted eating really isn't hard at all. I stop eating at 7:00 pm and I don't start eating until 10:00 am the next day. Postponing my coffee until 10 took some getting used to but it really isn't that big of a change especially when you consider the benefits.
It's been years since I was really hungry in the evening. Most days I eat from 10 or 11 a.m. to 2 or 3 p.m. When I feel like it I eat in the morning or evening off hours, I don't like to be too strict. But I definitely feel better mood and healthier when I eat less.
First post - Love it man. Nanobots. Stemcells, for sure. I want to live forever too and agree with your perspective about people who think they would get bored if they lived forever. Sooo much to see and learn! If I lived forever I would build a giant comma out in space and explore the galaxy with it. Anyways , Thanks for sharing!
Great episode, and cool shirt:). I think we will live longer sooner than is predicted. Technology has been improving at an increasing rate, and it all works together.
I am very interested in the comments you made about Ketosis. I am a Type II Diabetic and have not been able to get my blood sugar levels under control... until about three months ago. I started on the "Keto Diet" and my blood sugar levels dropped to near normal within two days. I love eating like this. I'm never hungry, don't have cravings and have more energy then before. The thing is, I live in Ketosis. You stated that cancer cells are starved when you go into Ketosis from fasting. Any thoughts on the long term benefits of this diet?
Ketosis also can get triggered by just eating fats and protein and nearly no carbs at all. It takes a little bit of time for your body to adapt. Bodybuilders use it a lot, also it can help loose some weight. It also gets used in order to help epileptic people. Yet it´s still a very interesting subject a lot of research has to be done on. Regarding living longer, maybe try freeze your body after death, it´s not that expensive and also this service is available in your country. Otherwise, preserving your dna somewhere in hope somebody could clone you in a few thousand years or so is a neat thing, if you then have the possibility to upload your memory or your "soul" to google or whoever, you can respawn with 100 % health in the future. If Google would offer me to upload my mind and my dna in somewhere to restore me somewhen I wouldn´t hesitate a second...
I@ve been told I have a fast metabolism by many people, I'm skinny & never gain weight no matter how much I eat. In this video Joe said high metabolism is associated with dying sooner. I'm worried. I wonder if this true & I will die sooner than I would if my metabolism was slow
I wouldn´t be worried about that one, since: A faster metabolism can be normal when in puberty Metabolism can be changed, by the amount of food you consume Metabolism is also affected by how much you do sports. Metabolism is linked to several medical conditions (which I hope you don´t have) Often people with a fast metabolism overestimate the amount of food they are really eating (Tracking your food for a week can be a enlighting moment :D) and so on and so on, it´s a little bit more complicated as you see...
hypnocilicdreams Paradoxically, if you *worry* about dying sooner (for fast metabolism or any reason, and about any other thing), you will probably die sooner, since worrying is harmful. Instead, let the worry go and enjoy your life with joy, while keeping a cooler eye on your metabolism. By the way, I also seem to have a fast metabolism, being lean while eating a lot (apparently, see comment above) and I look significantly younger than my 43 years (touch wood), despite being a bit of a couch potato (working on changing that, I’m also aiming at passing the 150 bar-no matter how realistic or not).

Instantly I could walk with absolute no pain, something I have put up for years. 2 weeks down the track, I'm jogging, no bone rubbing and movement like a young person. 1000% recommend it!!!
I met Aubrey in 2015... ! such a nice person
Just by making these videos you've moved your second death more than you'll ever realize. You've inspired countless viewers to pursue topics that they may have otherwise ignored. They could make incredible breakthroughs and would owe it all to you. Hmmmm
Are you SURE he's not Rasputin? That guy is already famous for being hard to kill....
Sean Moonshine yes I know that is part of the joke
How does it show him to be a monster? Just makes me think, wow, what a tough cookie! Someone who's that hard to off certainly deserves some respect!
IntarwebUser early 1900s religious fundamentalists
Axioanarchist He looks like Rasputin.
Rant is absolutely appropriate. :-)
Take a guess which will happen

Hopefully he'll never become Gandalf the white

Loved the rant cam, need me some Nano Bots pronto.
In all honesty, I think many of us will live for hundreds, or even thousands of years. The thing is, the longer you hold out, the more technologies you can live to see. Even if a technology only makes you last until 150, you will live to find some that can push it further.
Vlisto the aging "singularity"
Big pharma is poison and people think because they are prescribed something, they are healthy
Not 150 - just to about *2050.*
My expectation has always been that they will crack the aging nut when I'm 97, and they'll have figured out how to stop aging, but not reverse it.
Would be cool if they could just make my dog live as long as me .
I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Nobody deserves to put up with you for that long.
Woah that's cold
That would be nice; I miss my cat Mocha a lot!!
yeah, i'm more concerned about my animals dying than i am about myself honestly.
I don't want to die.

Dying is inevitable, even the universe will cease to exist. But, prolonging our lifespan to a few hundreds of years is the key.
@Papaya Tasty True, but I try to not think that way.
This topic deserves to be revisited in 2021. A lot has progressed since then.
Phineas and Ferb made a whole episode on the aglet. There's even a song!!
Yes
that is where i know the name from....even after 10 years......
We are approaching the true philosophers stone. Scientist are now starting to look exactly where they should. Ancient alchemists living through the modern scientists.
Nanobots sound awesome. I'm definitely down to make my own stem cells and fix myself too! I want to live forever so bad and loved this video. Thanks Joe
They are probably awesome until someone hacks those bots and type /kill
Olivia uid yeah that’s something we gotta handle
3:26 agreed. i think it would take me a couple hundred years to get bored
Do you want to live tomorrow? Yep. Tomorrow do you want to live the day after tomorrow? Yep.
I see no reason why this won't continue forever, barring some kind of tortured existence like chronic extreme pain or the like.
Fasting is not that bad, try it before commenting. Also reduces fat and saves food money. Win, win, win
Yep, fasting has a whole host of benefits and is arguably a more natural state than the food abundance that we enjoy today.
Nick Murphy My body runs on slow.
A scientist praised it once! Saying it makes him think clear. Which is true when you make it a few days. I think it was the father of medicine, hypocracies or something. It repairs cells and flushes toxins. It also humbles you.
Nick Murphy
Sometimes toxic substances can be sequestered in your fat. Forcing ketosis and releasing those toxins once a month could intermittently stress your liver and kidneys. Also, depending on the substance sequestered and the amount released all at once, it could kill you.
Lowers happiness
I just love your channel man.
Yes to IF (Intermittent Fasting)! Big fan, although hanger does occur around 11am
I fast by simply being poor.
yes to Jason Fung =D
We must reach the singularity
@@nullvoyent that's not intermittent fasting that's killing yourself
That was a neat perspective.
These videos make my Mondays! Thanks!
There's so many amusement/theme parks to visit on Earth, too many! You'll never get bored.
I've been intermittent fasting on a ketogenic diet for almost a year and personally speaking I've had nothing but great results!
So much food for thought I am definitely shortening my lifespan digesting all of this.
listen...I am a vet I listen to all your pods I enjoy them... thank you
You will live forever in my heart.
Brilliant video! Loved it! Can't believe I missed this one!
Do you have cryonics insurance set up as a backup? Def recommend. Aubrey is awesome, probably will be viewed as worlds biggest hero once aging is cured.
Karel Hulec who is Aubrey?
Matthew Thompson Aubrey de Grey is chief science officer at Sens.org Research Foundation and a gorram hero. There are some of his awesome talks on UA-cam.
karel hulec, "once aging is cured". gotta love your optimistic outlook : )
These videos need to be longer, Joe.
I feel there's so much more you can be telling us.
I'd even be willing to wait longer between videos, what with these life extension breakthroughs and all.
They’ll probably cure aging when I’m 70, then I’ll have to decide if I want to be stuck being an old man for a century.
I'm with you Joe! also I could never grow bored as long as there were new Answers with Joe to watch!
Thank you, Joe. Very interesting video. Could you, please, update this topic?
I'd love to see people, including myself, live longer and healthier. 120-140 years at least, up to 200.
@joescott congratulations on avoiding that bus for 5 years and counting!
Metformin for anti aging. Seems fairly safe with medical supervision and Id sign up for trials to take it even though I am not diabetic.
I’m never bored , I wanna live forever . Life is a lot better then no life , I chose life
"oxygen, cant live with it, cant live without it" i laughed pretty hard
That’s no worse than what public schools did to me as long as you feed them a decent lunch.
How are you feeling today
I really like your channel!! Your sense of humour is right on the ball 😆
Nice meeting you
If we"re in a simulated universe, dying and starting a new player character might not be a bad idea.
with 234 k subscribers you will be remembered don't be afraid
yea the "what if i get bored" argument also does not sit right with me.
Skiing wakes me board
You learned the word aglet from phineas as and ferb
I don't want a channel I'm just commenting yea he's just too shy to admit watching cartoons at his age
He could have learned it from Agents of Shield. That's where I got it.
Lmfaoooooo you made my day with this
Exactly what I wanted to say 🙂
Well not the exact words in the exact format but you get the point😁
I'm sure someone's going to call me out on it..."
So you get the gold star. 😉
Great video. But must mention David Sinclair in this list. He’s one of the foremost authorities out of Harvard and his work with NMN is showing great progress.
Immortality would be the best birthday present :D
I would say: The game is on!
I need immortality, I won't be complete until I see how the universe ends. I need immortality to be cracked.
I wanna live until the end of the universe, then die with it
you could go to the restaurant at the end of the universe
O. K. E. Same. Fucking same.
How do you know you aren't?
Chris Garcia #relationshipgoals LMAO
Thank you very much joe.i like your channel. Very informative
You don’t know why you know they’re called aglets. Have you ever watched Phineas and Ferb?
Awesome video. Thanks Joe. Been following you for a while. This one made me press the subscribe button
I will never die, technology will be my salvation, no matter what the costs for me or others, I will have immortality.
Everyone will die someday
@David Igwe I mean the determination remains to be seen. Who knows if you get tired after 500 years? nobody knows because nobody has lived that long. I more meant that no matter what, you can still be killed by a random accident, and even if those accidents are extremely unlikely over the course of forever they are bound to happen eventually. Also, the earth will eventually be destroyed, the universe will eventually end etc etc. True immortality is impossible. Everyone will die sooner or later.
Then gets killed by a robot.
@@aprillewis1940 In an AI autonomous robot super war. That if it doesn't totally exterminate humans, reduces us to tiny numbers
Thanks Joe, very thought provoking. Seems like you have invested a bunch of thought into this subject.....long before this video. Yes life is awesome! I want to know about everything! Keep up the great work.👍👊👏
I dont understand this fascination with living forever, I just want to go quick.
Can’t believe this was published 2 years ago.. I remember when I subscribed Joe only had like 10k subscribers. Love the channel
The small minority of people who think everyone should die should be ignored. If they want to die, fine, but they have no right to be telling other people they need to die. Why can't people worry about themselves and leave others alone.
kdw75 Exactly, why don’t you just worry (I’d say focus) about yourself and leave them alone? :p
Really likes this video
I think Queen Elizabeth already found the secret. That woman Is so strong and sharp at her age
Bradlee297 agreed
Between her and Philip, Charles will live to be 150.

Really injoyed this, thanks
Borg nanobots are always the answer. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.
Great show, Joe! Thanks...
Excellent video, my friend.
I really appreciate you citing the sources as well; Many UA-camrs simply speak out of their ass.
Thanks man. To be fair, I also pull info out of my ass but my ass has internet access.
This would be a good one to revisit with what we've learned about aging in the last couple of years.
@John Barber LOL! The fit of pique that led to this name was years ago, and directed at UA-cam. Sorry for the collateral damage!
What about CRISPR
Not in our life time.
A G L E T; don't forget it!
Great episode, and cool shirt:). I think we will live longer sooner than is predicted. Technology has been improving at an increasing rate, and it all works together.
Well, if I had 10 life times, I can always wait until my last one to have kids.
Awesome topic thanks!
@joescott you forgot to talk about blood transfusions from younger blood to older blood. Plasma being the key ingredient. Great talk!
Got cut for time. Really wanted to talk about it because of the Silicon Valley reference.
I just had a woo-woo word salad for lunch what a coincidence
Your best and most important video. Well done.
I wouldn´t be worried about that one, since:
A faster metabolism can be normal when in puberty
Metabolism can be changed, by the amount of food you consume
Metabolism is also affected by how much you do sports.
Metabolism is linked to several medical conditions (which I hope you don´t have)
Often people with a fast metabolism overestimate the amount of food they are really eating (Tracking your food for a week can be a enlighting moment :D)
and so on and so on, it´s a little bit more complicated as you see...
hypnocilicdreams Paradoxically, if you *worry* about dying sooner (for fast metabolism or any reason, and about any other thing), you will probably die sooner, since worrying is harmful.
Bodybuilders are the last ones to look to ror longevity
For
