Before & After Home Makeover + Granny Flat Addition at Second Floor Lemon Grove

My design for a renovated home is a total transformation, focusing on adding a second story for a granny unit. The exterior now looks fresh and inviting, with updated siding and windows. Inside, the main level is open and bright, featuring a modern kitchen, cozy living area, and dining space.
Upstairs, the new addition includes a comfortable bedroom, a living area, and maybe a small kitchenette and bathroom for the granny unit. Outside, the garden is beautifully landscaped, and there's a deck off the second story for enjoying the views. It's a simple yet elegant makeover, providing modern comfort and convenience for its inhabitants.
