In the beautiful hills of Escondido, perched atop a 1000 sq. ft. existing garage, I've created a new ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) with sweeping 360-degree views. Despite the distance of about 100 feet from the main house, I've maintained consistency in style, using matching siding and windows, as well as similar porch posts and design elements. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms, one bath, and a powder room, all bathed in natural light from large windows and enhanced by vaulted ceilings. The open-plan kitchen adds to the spacious feel, inviting gatherings and culinary adventures.
