Why damping is less in steel
Dear Sir, kindly send the link of bridge modeling.
Mistake at 20.33, F0=280N not 280kN. F0=910N not 910kN.
It appears to me that the damping ratio should not be 0.04 and it should 0.04/(2*Pi). 0.04 is the logarithmic decay (not damping ratio).As per this Midas video: ua-cam.com/video/6Q0Me7VUcOg/v-deo.html
