As you get over to the Guild area of space, I personally make notes of teh lesdership of each area. In that little grouping there are 3 different groups and knowing who owns which systems is helpful later :)

OK .. a game mechanic that I JUST found .. In the log area of 'Z', you can click on the upside down triangle with the exclamation mark to highlight that log entry on the map !

I agree with your comment about the percentages on buying and selling items. Basically if the items are Green (or light Yellow) on the buy or sell percentage, then it is a good deal. Darker Yellow, Orange and Red are bad deals. (For both buying and selling)

I have a guess as to how the Halo/Ring world star sector got revealed, but I don't remember the details of the episode when you had the issues with the flinger. If what little bit of my memory is at least partially trustworthy, then The Emissary may have been in the system with you around the time you went to go through the flinger. If that was the case then I theorize that there was a slight possibility that maybe the flinger may have taken you over The Emissary's exit from the star system but because you were using a flinger at the same time it sent you back to where you came from. But hey that's just a theory.

I noticed when you sold an item to the trade guild, it flips to their buy menu. You could sell some items and then buy back anything you find you need later.

I sold everything to them that I analyzed. Has not been a problem yet. And you can buy back things (as gamelover stated).

@@JohnnyHughes1 I finished the game 2 times now and you can't sell any story related artifact. Once you analyze them, sell them. You can even buy their artifacts, research them for science and sell them back (for a slightly lower price).
