Like 15 years ago she came into the spa I was working at, and I gave her a facial after she had a photo shoot. She was so personable and sweet, it’s nice to see she seems like she hasn’t changed. She chatted with me like I was an old friend and she was stunning with no makeup on!
she is a sweetheart!
Diet: 4 x different drinks for breakfast, sweet potato and boiled egg for brunch, cauliflower rice with green beans and onion for lunch, soup and sometimes grilled fish for an early dinner. Exercise 6 x days a week.
Thanks so I don’t need to waste my time watching this 😂
I feel amazed when people talk about science and studies in such simple ways to suit their own narratives and that too with so much of confidence.
😂
Yes i agree
You clearly haven’t done any research for yourself because if you did, you would have read all the scientific studies that backup what she is talking about smh.
She’s right tho. You can’t deny it.
It's so funny to me that skinny confidential liked your comment , i guess the didn't understand what you were saying😂
my friend in college worked at VS and met her once 10+ yrs ago (the angels visited the grand opening of the store) she said she was super kind, lovely and nice.
Isn’t she such a beautiful soul! So genuine. And her products are incredible!
Yes, agree. Kora products are the best. Especially when they're on sale.
look up Jho Low, as a Sydney sider she isn't that fab and I have met hairdressers, her original agent - chic and masseuse who say she is a c u next Tuesday. she never once gave her agent a Christmas card after years ....her demands were also outrageous..look up her David jones contract.proper gold digger and diva. she has slept herself up to the top from a young age
They truly are ! especially for sensitive skin !
Living in Australia and your mum is an accountant and your dad is a builder your definitely not on minimum wages you are middle class! Why do these people want you to believe they come from barely nothing 😮 but Miranda is still such a beautiful human…
So true!! An accountant is a high paying job here in australia and so is a builder. But definitely accounting pays well. Way above minimum
#privilege
Her mum was 17 when she had her, her dad a couple of years older. They didn’t have much
U point out this based on your own life and what U experience, she classified herself as minimum wages by the world she sees over the world, I think both of U are not wrong
I love her gentle and loving presence. Thank you for a wonderful podcast episode.
Miranda is wonderful. Love the way she talks
Wow, Miranda is amazing person with a big heart!
Thank you for podcasts and people you invite!
She is so real, to the point and sweet. Love her!!! A class act/ true role model
Such a calming video!!!
Now i want a smoothie! She is amazing and inspirational. I love how sweet and humble she is also.
Loved it from A to Z ! What a great interview and how beautiful her soul is ! Also that's an amazing family that she seems to have had since the beginning.
Love to watch every interview with Miranda❤ She is so beautiful and interesting person I have ever seen💖
Loved this! My new thing during work outs
this felt like an hour long ad but because its miranda i absorbed every second of it
Omg "when you let your light shine and your heart shine .." I aspire to be a mother like that 😫
I definitely respect her research and the fact that she found something that works for her and her family. I think what people don't realise is, we develop allergies as we age too, and post bodily changes ie pregnancy. A lot of my friends developed gluten allergies post birthing and others actually became gluten tolerance. Some of us became allergic to certain fruits and skincare.
Also essential oils are irritants and cause allergic reactions also.
Its all relative for sure.
Love her ❤️
I celebrated my 18th birthday in Japan too! And I'm aussie 🇦🇺 My teacher is Mirandas cousin xx
Great 👍 episode I learned a lot
i loved her grandma 👵
she meant karolina Kurkova ---- the research is sort of half-assed on this show. **not Karina**
Yeah I caught that too. Kind of lame.
Oh yeah, I was wondering about Karina which I never hear of in VS. I didn't immediately realize it was about Karolina.
I had no idea her skin care existed!! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for
If we go into a Great Depression atleast her skincare seems edible
I have noni in my refrigerator since last year. I am not sure if it goes bad but I still have it 🤣 I never thought to put it on my skin. And yes it taste like a magic potion. I never knew her family was soo cool !! I love that. When I was 9 I started working at a natural herbal local store & the owner definitely made me so wise on herbal medicine. Unfortunately my family didn’t grow up believing that stuff & would make fun of me. Especially my grandmother. She would say if McDonald’s was soo bad, people would be dead immediately. And if herbal medicine was soo good, her primary doctor would prescribe it
essential oils are actually one of the most common irritants 😭😭😭 theres no such thing as “natural” almost everything is a chemical, theyre just molecules, luv
Well essential oils come from plants and fragrance oils are synthetic so it can be more of an irritant.
@@Calliemaeepoison ivy is a plant, not synthetic, must not be an irritant then
@@sosoh.6213 didn’t know there was poison ivy essential oils? Essential oils are known to be a tad bit better than man made fragrance you can even look it up 🤣 like if you look it up, it literally says “ oils, unlike fragrances do not contain harmful metals, phthalates, or synthetic compounds that have been linked to cancer or other significant health issues” also essential oils have a longer shelflife than regular fragrances :)))
@@Calliemaee ok I have to admit my first response was definitely sardonic but in all seriousness, I am quite literally a biochemistry grad student right now. One of the first things that you learn in undergrad is that whether or not some thing is synthetic plays very little of a role in whether or not some thing is dangerous, and often times, natural chemicals can be more dangerous than some synthetic ones. Most people’s understanding of chemistry is seriously out of wack, and something containing metals or synthetic chemicals is not inherently dangerous. Salt has metal in it. Potassium and iron are metals. Water can be synthesized. The chemicals within poison ivy are natural. Please don’t fall for the fearmongering that people with little to no actual research experience put out.
45:12 mark ❣️ I think Miranda is referring to Keratosis Pilaris. I have that. I love Randa 😍
The only thing that helped with getting rid of of Keratosis was going gluten free.
How does she look so perfect after 3 kids. Hats off to you beautiful ❤
Miranda takes cares of herself ALL THE TIME, she makes sure everything is about maintaining things
Amazing genetics and a shit load of money helps
Umm and the fact her forehead doesn’t move so I’m going with Botox
Money money money
not being a lazy american.
i love miranda
“causer” of eczema. Really? Absolute geniuses on this show. Pick up a book.
Her personality never changed
I wish i make smoothies for my babies at home but the weather is cold at the moment so maybe closer to summer
If you live in the colder climate, smoothies won't sustain you or anyone. You need more hearty food during winter, smoothies would be great for summer time to purify your system after winter
Lauren is all about this pony tail black shirt look lately. It’s clearly strategic. Good for her I’m sure she knows what she’s doing.
Strategic? What?
She literally looks 20-25! 😍💖 healthy glowy skin, fit body, and she of course is very beautiful as well 🌸🌼
I was shooked
Yay!! She's a Medical Medium girl! I feel best when I'm eating that way too. ❤
Essential oil can also produce allergy’s
especially in skincare!
The fact her parents are still together and still in love today this goes way back. Please interview the parents too lol
Omg I love her
Im here with an eye infection i have had for 3 weeks due to KorA, exfoliating tumeric mask, one little bead got into my eye when rinsing and scratched my whole cornea. Ended up in the emergency room that day to take it out, 3 weeks later i can barely open my eye. I love that mask but pla folks, dont put it on your forehead in case it falls in the eye!
wow, thanks. I hope you recover fast!!
8years ago I saw Miranda in Japan, some kind of event they had, and I was surprised by how good her posture was. That was my first thought when I flicked this video 😂🤍 I love her personality
*clicked
Is she as beautiful in real life?
@@elizaveta9571saw and got to greet her at a Kora event at Sephora in Chicago. If you think she looks beautiful in photos and video she is twice that in real life. She just looks like perfection. I knew she would be pretty but I was genuinely shocked. Perfect posture, demeanour, body, hair, skin- literally everything. She looks like someone who immaculately takes care of herself.
@@alexia795 I don’t think she’s even human tbh.
There are cotton sleeping bag liners. Perhaps that could work as something small to travel with and use in hotel beds.
Very clever!
I bring my own bed sheets, my mom always does
Just stumbled across this video- really enjoyed Miranda, she seems so humble and sweet and loved listening to her. But the podcasters are a little irritating, the way they spoke about VS- didn’t seem educated when theres a whole doc and so much information about it out there, just seemed like they wanted to hear the “tea” or bashing of the company. Also the girl kind of kissing Mirandas ass was a bit annoying and also asking her exactly what she has eaten and what she will eat- I mean yes, ask those questions but also be more intuitive and respectful? Nonetheless, it was nice to hear Miranda and her experiences.
Noni has been in skincare since ancient times in Guam. This is comical. It’s sold everywhere here.
i've never heard of it until this podcast! i live in southern US
WHAT A LOVELY WOMAN!!!!
Keratosis pilaris😊 aka chicken skin on arms
Smoothies are great for detox and health. The heavy metal thing I’ve never heard of though.
Please can someone tell me the name of the book she refers to in the beginning?
The chemical maze
Where her pink dress from?
Somewhere we can't afford. 😊😊
People should listen to Miranda more. But because she's a model, they almost always overlook her wise counsel. It's unfortunate that she will never fulfill her potential as a leader and matriarch, because people won't recognize her.
She has a nutrition qualification too. Something she studied many years ago, hence her knowledge and passion about living healthy. She is quite spiritual too.
She doesn't really want to, she said she isn't a feminist and likes to let me be in their masculinity or some weird sht like that
@@extrastout1741 she doesn't follow the agenda of hustle culture and the dark side of feminism aka what the government wants not what women want in reality
Idk my eyes were in the back of my head for most of this
People don't listen to her because she says ridiculous pseudoscience blah blah blah. People into that sort of stuff can look up to her as their leader.
The host is so annoying, she makes questions and interrupts her guests often, she takes a lot of time giving her own opinion. Never let Miranda finished an idea.
I thought she was fine. I was annoyed by the male host constantly interrupting with random thoughts.
Hotels don’t use tide. It’s too expensive. They use a generic non scented laundry detergent.
I’ll relate being take o had health life thus houses hold..
This woman is 39 years old!!!? 😮
I mean she looks phenomenal but if you take care of yourself you can look good at 40. She just has won the genetic lottery on top of taking care of her self
She still looks in her 20s. Good genes, but looked after herself from 13yrs old, while the rest of us were drinking fizzy drinks, eating junk food at school .lol damn.
What is the name of the website to check products?
Sephora
miranda is so beautiful
I wish I could believe in crystals, they obviously cause a strong placebo effect.
FORREAL how can she do Tracey Anderson before 7am… ? Her workout are not easy
@9:43 no, not rolling my eyes. Some of us will wrap up in something to get in to a hotel bed. Cant touch those sheets. Then whatever i wrapped up in got thrown in the trash upon getting checked out. ;) yep!
Did anyone catch the cold plunge name they were talking about?
bluecube sauna!
Be careful with cold plunge swims as if you have heart trouble or high blood pressure it can kill you. It elevates your heart rate and blood pressure as your shocked. I'm a heart patient and so disappointed because I would love to cold plunge. Luckily I checked it out first.😮
If you’re like me and have chronic kidney issues : BE CAREFUL consuming Noni
It’s a type of fruit, so it’s good to be aware that bodies and allergens are different. I bet many people can’t drink it, and for other people it may be beneficial
why is it dangerous for kidneys?
@@alexia964 High potassium levels: Drinking noni fruit juice might increase potassium levels and make them even higher in people with already too much potassium in their body.
@@picklepirate interesting! thanks for the info
@@picklepirate high potassium can be lethal but it helps a lot with collegen and cellulite.
I’m all for Miranda. We should eat a predominantly plant based diet and organic. It’s just overall better for your body and mind…and meditation is a very life changing as well…I always look at meditation as my own special time just for myself. Of course money helps but I can’t think of anyone else her age who looks better within 20 seconds ❤
I really wanna know what essential oils she is using!
Her own of course! /s
i heard essential fat bank account oil helps a lot
The lady interviewing seems to really be tooting Miranda’s horn😂
why he always cut the conversation
It’s keratosis Pilaris not psoriasis
And she is about to be 40?! she is so pretty !
Being married to billions and having money herself helps.
Noni powder is so much easier than the juice omg
39!?!!😮wow
Had to stop at the blanket causing eczema … like really? This is trash 😂
Actually, a very true fact.. Most Hotels use very harsh detergents that's cause all kinds of rashes & eczema...when any product even in (Cosmetics & Skincare) uses *Fragrance* the FDA does not regulate what can be used under that term. Therefore Companies have pretty much free-range & use anything & everything! Many toxic chemicals are under that *fragrance umbrella* sometimes up to 1,000 different toxic ones...Always best to use ALL products Organic, Vegan, & never animal tested... Read some of your favorite skincare & makeup, fragrance labels nothing but carcinogenic chemicals that are absorbed in the skin & into the bloodstream...So yes her statement is valid..
SAME. What a load of pseudoscience 😭
I like how they like ur comments lol
how is her skin so plump and full of collagen at her age?!
It’s her diet and lifestyle. It’s almost never skincare I’m telling you. Skincare just makes you look extra shiny
Her husbands money gets her the best of the best
She’s 40, I would be more surprised if she’d already "suffered" from a lot of collagen loss.
Have you seen her mom and grandmother, its amazing genes plus a healthy lifestyle and probably tons and tons of expensive treatments(lasers, skin treatments, not plastic surgery!)on top of it all, she’s gorgeous
From the inside.
the girl interviewer was so not genuine- just like "what can I do so I look like Miranda?" instead of like...being present. Either way, Miranda was very genuine!
female host needs to learn to go with the conversation
No carbs ?
Builders and accountants hardly earn the minimum!
If Miranda comes to india or nepal, I’m sure she won’t be able to sit and breathe even for a minute 😂
How so?
Where is she from
Miranda is from Australia
She is 40!😮
walking at 6.0?! that is literally impossible
omg shes 39?!
Whats that uterus box?
I'm confused...when Miranda was on Jay Shetty's podcast 11mths ago she was going off about a plant based diet and how she'll taste chicken when she makes it for her husband...so she's no longer plant based?
@BelAir thank you for clarifying!
You believe all the stuff she says in this video about her childhood? She is clearly just branding herself/company like the honest company did.
Don’t believe anything anyone says when they are selling something ESPECIALLY celebrities. All these grandma “try this” I call bs. Her own product magically healed her mothers nose- total bs. All these stories are made up for her to market her company. Miranda was born in the 1980’s- this crap wasn’t around then.
The only beauty products/ingredients that have been independently tested scientifically proven are trentanoin and L-ascorbic acid. Everything else, even though it might work for you- has never been scientifically independently studied multiple times to be proven benefits to skin.
She got pregnant with her 4th baby and went back to meat.😊
so before "brunch" she has 64 ounces of liquid, THEN a smoothie and a coffee????
Don't forget the celery juice lol
She had a lot of success from her appearance. Some people are genetically "gifted" but don't try to sell it in a cream. When she said noni juice "normalized" cells when examined under a microscope, which cells were she talking about. Skin cells die after a month, so that couldn't have been it. . .this is purely selling false hope and snake oil.
💯
Lots of pseudoscience and anecdotes but she’s pretty so who cares? 🙃
I guess she’s talking about cell not staying flaccid anymore….. you can search phenomenon of osmosis, hyper and hypotonic solution for better understanding if you are unaware
Wait what? I assumed she spoke about red & white blood cells becoming normal again.
Nutrients from fruits and vegetables does good things to your body. Thats facts and has a lot of research about it 💗
37:00
I like that she's all about nature, nutrition, simple and humble thigns. But boy, she needs to learn some facts, cause when she said blood type A diet I lost it 😂 (it's been proven to be a myth for like 15 or 20 years already)
There's lots of other things that she's oblivious to. For example - lemon in your water doesn't do shit. It makes it taste better, it can also be harmful to your teeth. But it doesn't do any magic.
But I guess people will always listen to her cause she's beautiful and she believes in the things she does.
A builder and an accountant earns wayyy more than minimum wage
I wonder how she walks at speed 6 on the treadmill? That is definitely jogging speed. Does she mean Kilometers and not MPH?
She is a model 😂 have you seen her walk on a runway?
@@Angelaaa1015 LOL good point 😂
How does she get on a treadmill for an hour and do a workout class after 32 oz water and 32 oz celery juice and a smoothie?
What do you mean?
you'd be doubled over in pain, running to the toilet. thats 4 cups of celery juice! have you tried that?@@Angelaaa1015
@@nomadichomebody4230ohhhh no I have not. Never thought about that. Idk maybe she’s been doing it for so long she can? 😂
She still looks good, shes 40. Better be a billionaire to get someone like her.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🏻
"I like when it tastes weird because I know that it does stuff" 😐 the host is pretty painful to listen to and all of this is very anecdotal
They did fuck up VS :(
The amount of misinformation in this video is mind-boggling. I had to stop watching after that woman claimed that hospital baby blankets cause eczema (because her “friend” told her so😂) Not even remotely true. Miranda Kerr did a fine job of introducing some ideas but was very careful not to make outrageous claims.
When she said her cousin was 30 and she was changing the cousin’s diapers at 10 years old…. I thought Miranda was like 21 right now 😮
In a hospital, that's washed in "God knows what" - please don't complain like this, doctors know what they are doing and how to wash. Often if you remove the reason for eczema, the eczema goes away, which is what Miranda also said. Please read critically and be sceptical towards the sources.
27:39 that routine is impossible to follow on a daily basis if you are a career woman, in an office. I can eat keto some days and veggies and fruit but it's very expensive to keep up with a healthy lifestyle when out and about all day. also it's enough calories for her as she doesn't work a lot like cook, clean and keep up a 40 h job. but if you actually work you need more nutrition to sustain you, not a soup and fish for dinner. I prefer an omelette for breakfast and a bowl of porridge, a LARGE salad for lunch with grains like quinoa and chicken, and dinner is brown rice with brocolli and salmon/chicken/meatballs plus miso soup. This is on a good day, otherwise I'll eat what I can... who has time for the water lemon to kick in when they need to hit the road and travel to the office ?
This is such fear mongering without any actual scientific evidence. Do better journalism
You clearly haven’t done any research for yourself because if you did, you would have read all the scientific studies that backup what she is talking about smh.
VS fell off cause they refused to include anyone but the most beautiful skinny women. and it made a lot of us women feel awful like we aren't worth anything if we don't look like them. and then they tried to do the inclusive thing but it was wayyyy too little and wayyy too late. rather support a brand that already aligns with beliefs from the start
That’s not anyone’s fault but your own. Take responsibility and stop looking at what makes you feel that way. Some women are naturally skinny and also take care of their bodies. There are brands that are “inclusive” so go watch their shows and buy their product. Skinny people can have their own thing too 🤷🏻♀️
If it doesn't have bleach in it, it isn't clean for me.
