@@DeanGun dis goeie nuus! Dis weird hoe ek gewoont geraak het aan stil masjiene. En shit ja, meeste van die tyd is 4mm die comfort zone vir my ook, nog altyd langer strokes gelove.
thansk for the video! I'm going to buy my first Pen and I'm hesitating between stigma Thorn 2.0 and Force (pro: adjustable stroke with Thorn is a big advantage!) but I can't find any info on the power of the Force motor to compare vibration and quality. The fact that it is wireless doesn't matter to me, I like working with cable, which one would you recommend between Thorn 2.0 and Force rca? thanks!
The force is a great machine too. I have found some issues with the battery powerpacks not lasting as they should. As far as I know, it's a common problem. The force has less vibration and is alot quieter and you can't adjust stroke. Thorn 2.0 is a wire machine, super light, easy to hold and you can adjust stroke. If you don't mind the cable, I'd say Thorn 2.0
I have 15 tattoo machine, but for cordles my favorite for color is Inkjecta nano and scorpion, and for b&g force, flux, unlimited. I think for acus m1 but now is out of Stock. I love your color work bro,u are a master in color.
I own the spear 2,0 and i wonder if the thorn heat that much as spear? Using it for 1hour on 7-8volts with higher strokes makes it pretty hot even with a soft silicone membrane🤔
Hey, Are you happy besides of that with your purchase? Thinking about getting one. Loved the spear version 1, but it was ofter running a bit inconsistent. Is that still the case with v 2.0?
@@patrickdurka6188didnt notice any inconsisent running, for me the only issue is heat, i wonder if that has to be (co tacted stigma and they said that it will go with time) but used it for 50-60hrs or more and and stil VERY warm :p besides i love this machine, its has nice but soft hit on it
@@jankowalskikowalski-ui9pm awesome, thanks man! I will get a spear 2.0 or thorn 2.0 and try it myself haha. The motors are pretty strong, and they have to push the whole mechanism, not just spin like a direct drive. So thats probably the reason for the sound, vibration and heat. As long as the motor keeps pushing i think thats normal :)
I've used this machine 6 hours + straight. No overheating issues. Did not feel hot at all. The noise is nothing to worry about. It's not a direct drive like most rotary machines. Built inside is a wash drive mechanism. More complicated.
There's no need. You can adjust it to any stroke length simply by twisting the back of the machine. Takes only a second to do. Also, I don't think your warranty will be valid once machine is taken apart.
@@DeanGun Thanks for the reply. But is it possible? I'm curious because of hygienic reasons. I use the og bishop wand and i can access the cam to clean it
Djy bra, awesome vid. Op watter stroke length het jy daai gehardloop? En ek neem aan hy raas meer met n cartridge in?
Jis my bra! Nee,gladnie. Klink dieselfde. Great machine. Ek het tussen die stroke lengths geeksperimenteer. Meeste vd tyd op 4mm.

@@DeanGun is the difference in vibration and noise major? thanks for your previous super fast answer !
Is laut like a old stigma spear. Internal sistem is same. I like old spear nice machine but with more issue.
I love this machine. I use it everyday now
@@DeanGun nice. I work with force and flux. I prefer wireless tattoo machine.
@@silviotattoo3725 yeah, wireless is great, but I love how this machine runs. I use the cobra too👌
