DIY Harness Bar for the LS Swapped Chevy!

What's up UA-cam!?!?! You read that right. I built a harness bar for Frank because I couldn't find a logical solution for my racing harnesses. Of course there are other options out there, but I wanted to take my chance on building something more budget friendly then the high priced or "universal" options.
