Hola Hennessey! Love the content, and I'm binge watching now. Fellow 1st Gen Domi here with very similar plans. Would love to see a video on contact recommendations, i.e., lawyer, realtor, managers, etc. or even bank recommendations since you shopped around for your mortgage. Tu sabe que casi todo aya se trata de las relaciones que uno tienes. 😊 Me encanta el Spanglish también. Keep up the great work!
@@denisecastillo-eusebio1512 thank you so much!!! I will definitely add that to the list. I’ll be in D.R in a few months maybe I can also interview my contacts.
I loved the amazing video you shared and the way you presented it! Have you considered an unforgettable trip to India? There's so much to see and do! Picture yourself trekking through the breathtaking Himalayas, unwinding on the pristine beaches of Goa, Gujarat, the Andaman Islands, and the stunning Blue Flag beach of Dwarka, or immersing yourself in the vibrant desert of Rajasthan. Consider checking out the Perdenales area.... yhe Bay of Eagles near by is hands down the best beach area on the whole island. The infrastructure will soon rival that of Punta Cana when it is all done!
@@admiralreefer thank you for sharing! I’ve heard a lot of nice things about Perdenales although I have not been yet. Will add it to the list of places to check out.
I just got back from Las Terrenas and my 3rd time there. I love it but still a bit nervous about investing in a foreign country. I have so many questions, which I will ask a lawyer but also wanted to get information from different sources as well. One of the questions is the infrastructure of las Terrenas, the sewer system is not able to keep up with the growing demand and it’s constantly overflowing. They say they are going to fix it but I didn’t see any work being done. You have any information on this?
Hey! Great question! While I’m not entirely sure about the current status in Las Terrenas, there is a national effort to improve sewer and sanitation infrastructure, especially in areas facing rapid growth. INAPA has launched a program focused on coastal and tourist regions, backed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Currently, much of the attention is on the Higüey/Punta Cana areas. For Las Terrenas, improvements may take time depending on regional priorities. It could be helpful to stay updated on local plans or consult with a real estate lawyer who can provide more specific details. Let me know if you need further information!
@@SkipinlLA I’m really sorry to hear that. I completely agree-emergency medicine definitely needs improvement. Some areas are better than others, but there’s still a lot of room for improvement overall.
Wonder why nobody speaks of Boca Chica any more.? I know it had a bad rap like Sosua but do you think it will make a comeback? Also Juan Dolio is a nice place as well.
Boca Chica has definitely had its ups and downs, much like Sosua, but it seems to be slowly making a comeback. I’ve noticed more attention around the area recently, and there’s been a bit of a rebrand. I’m seeing a lot more videos on my Instagram feed showcasing Boca Chica’s potential, which wasn’t the case before. This renewed interest could signal positive changes happening in the area. Its location near Santo Domingo gives it strong potential as a weekend destination for locals and tourists. Juan Dolio, with its more laid-back vibe, also remains a solid spot to consider. Both areas might see more growth in the near future! Definitely have to keep an eye out on it
@@RVJTrade Thank you for your comment, and I'm sorry I didn't show more of the places. I’m pretty new to this, but your feedback is really helpful. I hope to show more of each location in future videos as I continue to improve my channel and video skills.
I disagree with the previous comment. Individuals can do further research after listening to your commentary. Anyone can find a beautiful video of these places. Your opinion and a little insight are enough to peak someone's interest to do further research. Good job!! I'm looking forward to going to bayahibe to see the investment opportunities . I purchased an apartment in las terrenas, so I know that an opinion from someone who has visited these places helps and encourages people to follow their dreams.
@@dwightbz thank you so much! I appreciate the comment. Everyone should definitely do their own research. Especially because this is just based on my personal opinion and financial situation which is unique to me. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I had La Romana on my list of places to invest. I'm hearing prices are reasonable at the moment.
@@JayAbroad yes a lot of reasonable prices and they are definitely doing a lot of changes focusing on bringing in tourism outside of casa de campo.

DR is. Great country I had a heart attack there and got two stents in Santiago. They need more investment in emergency medicine in beach areas.
