Good job! At least the regulator wasn't toasted. If you can't get a relay control for those fans then you won't have much trouble setting up one yourself. If one of those fans is running a dry bearing I'd pull it off and open it up and grease it. It is probably just brass bushing dry the back of the motor. I've greased quite a few with good success. Unless the manufacturer went to extreme lengths to keep you out of it then you should do fine. Have a great day.

I just picked up the same looking 4 wheeler. Will crank good but doesnt start. Already changed the spark plug. Noticed the neutral light wont stay on when I put it in neutral, but the atv will be in neutral. I thought maybe it had to do with the neutral wiring or neutral safety switch. Any tips or advice?

Looking at one tge neutral light is lit and the light under neutral is lit. Is that a warning light or what. Will not turn over

I have this same atv and I got it running and drove it up the road... I came back and cut it off and the next day, I went to crank it and it will only get spark when you first push the starter button and when you release the starter button.... do you know what that could be????

hello wize one i need a CDI hax fix for a suzuki LT230E 86ish i had to vice clamp the CDI to get it working and mounted it so i can kick/hit/ shake it it it dies whie driving i have a DC CDI from ebay but dont know if it will work or mabe ford /chevy CDI . i have an all steel body i welded up so when i creek ride its under water it dont float so i cant have random cdi cut out. plz any help is awsome

A coaster atv 125cc 2017 still having trouble getting spark. Don't know if it's myhand brake safety switch is causing me to not to get fire.show your video of you doing something to that nature.

Wow, mystery solved. Its a real B#### to try to figure out what someone else did in situations like this, Did they know what they were doing?? You never know. It could have been much worse.
