That's a great point Chael made. Heel hooks aren't like most other submissions. You don't really feel pressure being applied before consequences like with toe holds or anklelocks. The consequences just kind of happen if you don't stop the problem fast enough. It goes from "that feels a little funny" to *POP*

I watched this live and saved it onto my computer. Watched it over and over. A few days later I was eating a rotisserie chicken and twisted off the leg. I paused after i removed the leg from the torso of the bird.....that sound. The sound in the first submission is like the sound a chicken leg being removed from the body but amplified.
